i just played phillydude at 9 ball and he tried to distract me...i was on the 9 ball and almost about to take ma shot then he started pm'n me over and over again, jst to distract me.....

that just aint fair play man....he also tries to jinx evry one bye typing JINX all the time.....

wht do u hink about phillydude doing this to win a game o pool..???

Yes this happened to me a while ago. I don't play him anymore. I can't be bothered with these people, it's a form of cheating in my opinion.

if he is doing this its very unsporting of him and could be punished for this if its kept up,u have a choice of ignoring in the games aswell,but mainly if you have a complaint about anyone u can use contact us and an admin will deal with your complaint.

Topshot's right, name and shame threads don't go well in the forums, another handy thing you can do is 'ignore pm's while competing' that eliminates that form of distraction while 'ignore user' stops him from 'jinxing' you.
-these selections are all available by hitting the 'options' button on the bottom right of the game window

ye he does it to me everyshot he keeps sayin miss over n over again n sayin jinx. n if u say all urz or sommit to him n he misses he acuses u off distracting him

i have checked the box to ignore pm's while competing and sumtimes get pms, whilst im competing!!! and no point usin conatc us button- no one replies

They pop up for me when im playing and it puts me off when it happens, why is that rubbish spinner? If it didn't pop up i probably would of made the shot.

I have played it on about 5, maybe more, everytime i got a PM window it popped up in front of the game window!!

It's about 20-1 her spinner, do not go around thinking you're right when you clearly aren't!!!

No, i wouldn't find it strange, i never use PM's anyway!

You like to chat via PM's, i think everyone has said it pops up in front of the game window, so why not chat to people in the game?!?!

Spinner, believe me, for some people, me included, on almost all machines I've played on, the pm pops up in front of the game window. You did say earlier, and I quote:

Because chatting in the GAME window is distracting, chatting in the CHAT window isnt.

For those who dont know, my intrest in this is because i am a programmer to trade, i have tested funkypool on multiple systems, browsers, and os's trying to re-create this to see if i could help the people who have the problem, but have never managed to yet.

As i said beofre, i cant find the post just now, but have a look back,someone i'm pretty sure mentioned some settings or maybe a toolbar (?) that caused the problem...
