u cant penalize someone whos prepared to lose rank in favour of stopping a 7 ball against them.
Its all about Rank points in rank games and thats it.......the future cant be predicted to say a 7 baller was gonna happen, even tho u know it was, do you know what i mean?

i think that the game should carry on even if the other person leaves until you miss a shot. Then you can still do your seven balling or runout. the main problem is the guest who leaves as it doesn't matter about abandoned games to them.

good point beannie..........perhaps go to random shots for the player that leaves until game is over? but freindlies dont go on ur stats if u get a 7 baller.

The bottom line is rank games are more important then freindlies cos thre are people out there who play and work hard to achieve there rank

Sorry Tidnab, apart from rank, all other stats apply to ALL games.

This is why win percentage, rather than rank, is the indication of a players actual skill, as it is recorded for friendlies, tourneys, the lot.

Do rememebr, that early leaving is monitored and recorded though.

I know this issue is being looked into on funkysnooker, where it is a much bigger issue (people in the middle of a big break, and the other player leaves).

I'm pretty sure we will hear something from Nick soon on this.

they go on ur stats if they are freindlies because they are still matches the only wat say a golden break wouldnt go on ur stats is on practice where u r not playin anybody
