You can't compair "chavs" and skaters.
Skaters are called "skaters" cos they skate, which could be called a sport with no rules. What do chavs do? Walk around town wearing odd clothes talking in their own 'language'.
I would be classed as a skater cos I skate.

They're both as bad as each other. Both seem to dress exactly the same, both seem to refuse to listen to any other type of music than the type they are obsessed with and both only seem to mix with their own.

I have a few friend "chavs" as they're called. But they're all girls. I don't limit myself to any type of music, but I like punk music the most. I don't dress with my socks over trousers, I just wear jeans and a tee - I've never seen a "chav" wear jeans..

Chav's round here seem to wear jeans most of the time, mostly with reebok classic trainers, but all the same, they always wear jeans.

i dont agree with you simon a skater and a chav dont wear the same things at all one wears baggy jeans t shirts and the other wears mainly sportswear

I didn't mean exactly the same as each other. Just that all skaters wear the same as other skater's and all chav's wear the same as other chav's. Baggy or tight, who care's, it's still part of a trend.

i attempt 2 skate anyway! i don't do a good job but its fun! the only things i do are what i am intreased in! if its boring i don't do it! i dont care if i can't do it, but it least i have fun and get hurt!

I always wear jeans simon..grrrr...I'm going for chavs on this 1.

I like punk/rock music the most but i do also like most other kinds if it is good stuff, and i also tend to go for the more "skater" kinda clothes, but it depends on the season and the mood im in, but skaters will win if there is a tourny.

i would hate to limit myself to just one genre or stereotype, i like to think myelf a little more intelligent than that, theres too much good stuff out there to be so narrow minded.
