How do they send you a PM, on their second name?

Ignore that name also, and if the abuse contiues you can use the 'send complaint' feature. This way they run the risk of losing all their names.

on their normal name not there second 1 i just dont like ppl noin that iv ignored them.

You don't like people who give you abuse knowing you have them on ignore?

To be honest i think its unfair that we are not allowed a second user name. Some players, like me, always gets jinxed and plays bad and its frustrating that a good player like me plays bad and cant pot a ball. I use a second account to help me play better when im playing bad, so i can enjoy the game... hopefully theres nothing wrong with that

If you are playing badly - play a few friendlies, hit the practise table. Thats what those features are for.

So whats this mean now then, do i have to delete all my other accounrs and play on this one? Or can i keep my other two :)

Or take a break from the game full stop. Trust me it can help.

WHEN A PLAYER GETS ABUSED, VERBALLY, YOU PUT THEM ON IGNORE...BUT WHAT IF ITS THE MODERATOR GIVING ABUSE UNDER ITHER NAMES OR AS A GUEST AS THEY CAN SEE ALL OUR NAMES? WE CANT JUST IGNORE CAN WE!! SO I THINK FUNKYPOOL SHOULD ALLOW ALL USERS TO SEE ALL NAMES AS I KNOW ALOT OF PEOPLE HAVE 2 NAMES!!

....and this is an example of the abusive players with multiple accounts that needed clamping down on!

yeah i think we get that it is for the abuse reason but y punish every1 by takin their other names off them because of a small minority.

cant it b as many interpreted simons 1st post: if u go against the rules THEN all accounts, ie multiusers, are taken and not b4?

this is pretty confusing dont think its fair any1 with multiple accounts having them deleted just for having more than 1 account fair do's braking the rules delete all accounts the ip's get logged so if any1 breaking the rules gets accounts deleted then u got there ip address just dont let them create a new account but cmon most of the ppl on here with multiple accounts have them 4 a reason & with most it aint 2 cause trouble

I think it's fair enough. If this site charged an annual fee, nobody would have more than one account.

What a BRILLIANT idea.. how about a small one-off fee, say £10, for registering.

Not enough to put anyone off, but make cheating a little more expensive
