i tell you what annoys me people.... getting promised something so you would have responsibility and feel wanted on this site and then have that taken right away from you because one person dislikes you!!!!

That's not quite true is it though tread. You were not promised a mod position but only that you had a "good chance" if you tried again (which I believed you did).

However in your case we noticed previous rule breaking. Basically this invalidated you from applying. However it only invalidates for a certain period of time, as you've been a responsible member since I don't see it as a permanent problem.
