time is always on my mind
I never have the time to find
the things I do best or what I'm good at
so I will get my shoes and then my hat
and walk for miles to clear my head
from where I was once left dead
how I let everyone down
and that I never made a sound
to speak up to the world and let them in
but it was only me that let them win
I had fallen to the floor
too many times before
but I rise again every day
only for them to let me fall right down on my face
if they could only see the pain I go through
but they will never have a clue
so I bottle up my feelings everyday
and release them in my poems,that's all I can say

Squeezy's Promotion

There was once a member, who came here alot,
So many pool games, the number I forgot.
A regular here, who likes to compete,
By using his cue, and shuffling his feet.
Then one fine day, he applied to the crew,
To do the fine job that the moderators do.
And so they confirmed he was fit for the role,
To boot out nutters, and to maintain control.
Im sure that squeezy will be fine at his job,
Looking after us lot, even hot headed bob.
I applied once, but to no avail,
But maybe I'm too busy on the ship that I sail.
So heres a congrats to squeezy's promotion,
Im sure he'll do a great job, with his full time devotion.

Hot Headed Bob

Theres a member on here with a really hot head,
His name is Bob, so its not Dan or Fred.
He surfs through the threads, and attends this thread here,
Where I write certain poems, in exhange for some beer.
So bob is sort of new, not a full junkie yet,
But when he hits 1000, he'll never forget.
You get a little keyring, and a secret old scroll,
A junkie can be a rich man, or a tramp on the dole.
You take the gift and unravel it, to see whats inside,
And you must look so closely, for the clue does tend to hide.
So bob we hope you post, for a long time starting now,
Always try and post here, any way or anyhow.
And try not to be hot headed, all the time through the day,
I know this poem comes easy, but it seems so hard to say.
But welcome hot headed bobby, we hope you love your stay,
And become a full time junkie, posting everyday.
