Title - Funkypool
When I was first introduced to this crazy game
it was to get to profesional, that was my aim
But then, some crazy girl got me to post
and my skills at pool have become pretty lame.
I used to be quite good, I'd give it a whirl
I Got quite confident, giving the poolcue a twirl
Now my heart is not in it, my heads in a swirl
My heart now belongs to a babe called justsumgirl.
My rankings not bad, i still have the odd game
but gone are the days, when i'd put ppl to shame
i would beat profesionals, and im really not boasting
But here's to paula, and to carry on posting.

Attention seeker
This unfortunately, is the last from me,
Your devoted and loyal poet- ste.
A long time now I've delivered verse,
Many for better and some for worse.
As time grew older, everbody would write,
These same people got great overnight.
I was alot more committed back in the past,
But as we all know some things dont last.
I thought a poem would suit the goodbye,
Instead of creating a thread like other guys.
There were different titles and topics galore,
I'd post a lot down, then post a lot more.
My fingers would type at a rapid old pace,
Thinking up these poems instantly with a smile on my face.
There's not much to say, this site is a God,
And for leaving some may say Im a miserable sod.
But that goes with the territory, nothings always great,
I can say though here I have made some good mates.
For those who appreciated this thread, well thanks alot,
I do hope this thread though, is never forgot.

I remember a while back, not so long,
When i wrote a poem for Paula about wearing a thong.
I was a forum newbie then, so graceful and young,
And wrote you all poems to provide you some fun.
But now i feel promoted, over one thousand posts,
And the poems from ages ago seem like ghosts.
So if your new on here, dont be afraid -
Remember that good things come to those that wait.
You will be a junkie soon, thanks to paula and steph,
And will type and type until you run out of breath!
But there is no shame, I will hold my head up high,
And keep writing poems on here until the day that i die.
