so heres the poem, for what i will say
i hav to thank, nick for the forums, and the site
its hard to be an fj, funkypool's so tight!
but while im writing this, im 4 posts away
and i started fp, way before may
and ive only jus got here, to the top i must say
and the good thing about it is i dont have to pay
waltz on this site, join the forums and win
and then your life, wont be worth chuckin in the bin!
so im an fj, an fj at last, i always dreamed of this day
so god hope, damn it will last!

So it seems a bit strange, me being back here,
This past month has been fuelled fully with beer.
But I cannot forget my friends on the thread,
And often I think of you all in my head.
Poems are now back into my life,
I hope to return here as sharp as a knife.
Feeling so foreign, like I shouldn't be writing,
But to get back my focus, I must keep on fighting.

The message was sent, and there was the note,
She recieved the text from her little ex-bloke.
Out of the blue were the three little words,
And sang to her heart like three little birds.
Her body wrenched up, a tear in her eye,
The emotion so strong - she started to cry.
With face in pillow, a glass of water she had,
Suddenly looking back she really felt bad.
Now he has grown, into a fine young man,
And to get her back, he does all he can.
But she wouldnt have it, not one chance at all,
She shouted abuse in public to make him feel small.
But now time has passed, irresistable to the lot,
And as he looks back, there was one thing he forgot.
To stand up to her, theres all those fish in the sea,
And now older and married, hes as happy as can be.

(grins cheekily - ok then)

A person with a hidden clue in the sap,
Not a small place that you'd find on a map.
The name has a meaning, a real special bond,
As strong as a reed at the deep end of a pond.
Two people involved, the name still lives on,
And plays to the mind like cupids own song.
It could mean anything, make up your own,
But I could say the meaning in a romantic tone.
Sap is special, a credit to everything here,
And everyone longs to have her so near.
A child of this site, one day she'll rule all,
And look on so proud, and stand up so tall.
Sap the mysterious, Sap the real mate,
Sap is a person who is surely great.
In the name of love, that surely relates to this,
Personally I think I loved the first kiss.
Now I'm just trailing, and messing around,
But really Sap's great, so special and sound.
