ryt im nt here to moan or anything or do anything to get msyelf banned but i am really annoyed because the mods r starting to get too controlling, threatening to ban us for silly stuff. i gt banned yesterday for using multi sumin n i dnt even have 2 accounts its pathetic. i reli think u shud do sumthing about this.

hi zezima, did you actually think what you was doing before you posted on this thread, the mods are here to do a pacific job and your knocking them for doing it, dont be surprised if you loose your posting rights

I dont think he should have his posting rights revoked for that post Kev. He's NOT naming a shaming a particular mod, he's simply having a say. I dont normally get into this type of debate myself...BUT.. i am for ONE REASON ONLY (without any names) Someone said to me, yesterday or the day before that they felt like mod X had become a little erm.."controlling" (NOT the words they used hehe) since gaining status...and i had noticed it myself. They have a job to do and they do it well, but i can see Zezima's point here.

Zezima, a couple of points.

We use standard english on these forums, no 'txt' speak, no abbreviations.

Secondly, this thread is unsuitable, if you have a problem with particular moderating actions, use the contact us.

Finally, and to address the points you made, this site is run fantastically by a great bunch of moderators. They are fair, friendly, fast and fun. I would go so far as to say I have never seen such a high standard of moderation on this site.

I Didnt know that Kev, so maybe yes you could say so. I Agree with Magic, but i think zezima is thinking similar to what someone told me their thoughts about mod X! This site is run well yes, but in all honesty there are/have been/will be people who gain mod status and change instantly.

Zezima - Firstly, without going into any detail for your own privacy's sake, I've checked your records and you were booted for quite a bit more than you say.

The moderator's job is to keep Funkypool a pleasant, family-orientated site, and the mod's actions in your case were fair, balanced and totally in keeping with this role

Secondly, Contact-Us is the method used to query a Moderator's decision, so please take that course of action in future.
