Useless?... maybe, but so is your posting?

I Dont Agree, with any of the people that have said it is a waste of time, If it isnt the most severe way of action that can be taken against a user, then it obviously is.If youre not happy, don't complain if you dont believe that anything will be done, but it will and if they are looked at individually then it is obviously taken into high regard.

The Reason it is so hard to send is the fact it makes it harder for stupid complaints like
"Haha i am Taller than You" This Being used as a reason for someone saying that they have been abused, if they genuinely feel they have a case then they will take their time in filling out the form. If it is a little thing that they are making a big fuss out of they will just try once, rush it and not get it right and give up because they realise it was a silly thing to complain about in the first place.
