Sstlaure's cueball had the bad luck to slowly deflect off my last red and into the pocket for 1-0 to me.

Bloody hell... In frame 2, the cueball nearly casually dropped into the lower middle after I stuck the black into the top left corner. Your friend and humble narrator was nearly a goner... Frame 3 was awful, and it took a random shot penalty (and foul) to help me win it.

Semi-final - vs awax
Poor awax had some sort of problem - "my windows showed error" - before being booted out of the room. I don't think he even got to break off. I was awarded a 2-0 win.

Final - vs vladimir

Nothing much to report here, took a 2-0 lead, then vladimir played perfect pool to leave me with 6 balls on the table, and then (after I forgot I had two shots and rushed the second one and snookered myself on the black) to level it at 2-2. Last frame, I had two yellows left, and I potted both of them and the white in the same shot. I think that's what happened... And then he messed up a pot and I stole in. No, that's wrong... although that foul happened somewhere... anyways, there ya go.

Dedications, then, to awax (who I'm going to play now) and vladimir. And also to angie__nyc, who rocks!
