me and me bezzie m8 have argued bout this pretty much non stop since forever! i love Queens Of The Stone Age, y? cos everything they have produced is gold, i have not heard 1 single by them that i wud classify as turd, now she likes Blink 182! now i dont wanna be biased by sayin loads a stuff bout QOTSA and nothin bout Blink but they are crap! cant think of 1 gud song..w8....nope still cant think! there lyrics sound as if they were writin by 6yr olds, plus they probs have the worst lead singers in the history of music!!! (Josh Hommes singing and lyrics tho are just sublime :P) i will say sum thing nice bout them...travis is a spot on drummer not gr8 but he is the best thing in Blink! anyway i just wanna settle this who are better? rock gods QOTSA? or Blink 182?

omg!! help!!!!!!!! does any1 at all like QOTSA?

well seeing as i dont like much other music other than heavy metal/metal/thrash/horror metal/gothic(a bit), nowadays, its hard for me to decide.
( im no goth or freak though.i wear what i want , as i want. i dont have long black hair, dont wear make up etc etc before you all calling me a goth.i just like these genres of music. i actually look more of a skater more than anything else)

musically, qotsa are the better band!
BUT blink182 have a smoother more easy going style that fits very well.they also have been at a high level of music for quiet a while now.(well until they split)
plus both bands have a complete different aproach to music, and are two different genres of music.
in my past years both bands have been my fav band at some point, but the best band in my opinion is.................... blink182. :-) very close though.

Blink have catchy melodies but QOTSA just have more UMPF! And yes, that is a musical term..

lol, i prefer qotsa......little sister and go with the flow are great, and blink 182 are good but better if your a 14 yr old american lad who likes to eat ure mates popcorn at the cinema but never buy ure own kinda thing.....
