Did you say something like your laptop goes through a proxy server?

If so do you have access to the proxy server, the game download may be cached incorrectly on that server. Do you know how to refresh the cache in that server?

laptop is connected via a router...every other site is fine!! even poolsharks!!!!...............

I assume something has gone wrong with your cached game.

Try these:

Tools - Internet Options - (Temporary Internet Files) Settings - Check that the Automatically checkbox is ticked.

Also can try deleting all temporary files, and retrying. Tools - Internet Options - Delete Files - Tick delete all objects - Press OK.

Failing that you could try playing through a different web browser?

have you also cleared java cache? Start, control panel, java... then find the files to clear.

i just logged on,entered a game,managed to type hi,then it logged me out saying unable to parse(what does that mean?)

i can get this far............

i log on,but as soon as i go to type in any room,it logs me out
and says unable to parse blah blah,,,,,,,,,,ive done everything i can to try get on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
