do you have a popup blocker? this gave me similar problems a few months ago and it kept blocking me from entering the site or/and making the page go blank. not sure why but i had to allow popups and it returned to normal.

I have J2SE untime Enviroment 5.0 update 4 installed...
and when i updated, it said congrats, u have successfully updated java version 1.5.0_4.............
BUT....... now its saying i do not have the latest version???

If you can view that little applet on that page it should mean your Java is working.

Possibilities:

Try clearing your cache:
Internet Explorer - Tools - Internet Options - Delete Files - Tick delete all offline content - Then click OK (beware it can take about 10 minutes - and it will remove all your cookies so you might have to relog into yahoo etc). After you have done this restart your machine before restarting.

Try to remove old Java versions
Start - Control Panel - Add or Remove Programmes - take a look at the list and see what Java is installed, remove any that you do not use. Then restart.

I deleted java, now i an use poolsharks!!!!...............
but funkypool screen has stayed blank??(all grey)??

b4 tis,when i use to log in,it would start error message by saying Unable to Parse,what does that mean????

The screen has just turned black????

similar thing happened to me.... goto the java.com website and re-in stall the software. it will already say you have installed so wont install automatically for you...... so you have to goto the manual download section and do it that way.
