We subbed out our player for not having a laptop nice to see it's one rule for one again. Hopefully he returns because if he's offline for half a fixture then we have every right not to play it (It's at versatiles discretion). You can send him messages all you like if he's offline he cannot respond to my players...only his messages matter. Thanks all the same.

We have many fixtures to play we are not just going to dwell over 1.

You shouldn't remove a player willingly each time something goes wrong as it is a trigger finger and it defeats purpose of no subs for 75% of the fixture and then the clan isn't punished for fielding them in the first place.

He told me he is buying a laptop from PC World, Wednesday so he should be back soon, If not we will remove and sub if that is what Dee wants.

As you always say when you field inactive players, "We have four weeks to play, we can wait to sub etc". Be patient, that is all i ask because i don't moan when Adam, 2pac etc is inactive as i respect the rules that clans can't sub for three weeks.

If it does go three weeks and you choose to default so be it as we played Sean in the first place.

honestly, we don't care. if we remove him we remove him if not we don't. play it or not doesn't matter. especially since we all make playoffs in SL anyway. give the boy some time.

Was speaking to Harry about it but if teams remove a player to sub each time something goes wrong then one of two things should happen.

a) Remove the subs rule, but opens politics and chaos ensues
b) Suspend the player for one or two fixture sets if removed as a trigger finger this makes the captain think as their may be consequences either way but less if left in as just a default

If he doesn't return then he'll be removed and then subbed. Nobody forced you to remove your player that was your choice. Versatile isn't exactly the epitome of activity so if you want to play the "it's at his discretion" card with two weeks left and I can bet not much effort up until now when you want someone removed so be it!
