How we getting on with these FCL fixtures guys? Wish we could make subs for the last two weeks and not just one week. All those which remain will have to be rushed and tbh it's not fair when we have FBL & SL Fixtures to play too.

(We have plenty who can sub in, that's not an issue)

I agree 2 weeks with subs seems more appropriate.

I think the three week sub rule is fine to avoid manipulation. However, there should be dispensation given for when both captains agree to the sub.

Yeah I agree to an extent but then again some Captains may get favoritism over others?

I think maybe the 3rd week could be for players who clearly are inactive and the 4th to assist with subbing in anyone eligible just to ensure matches are completed.

It defeats the purpose though, If someone is inactive or unwilling to play then should be week 4 (unless removed) as punishment to the offending clan. It would open playing for defaults but in some situations i think defaults are fine.

But at the same time in DFE vs UPR FBL game, we have two players who are on other side of the world and we can't swap because the other player can't make it, We have subs but likely to be final week wasting up to a week playing time. This is when the rule hurts but i respect the rule (and agree) so unfortunately Week 4 it would probably be. In cases like that i believe a dispensation could be used (not saying it as its DFE but in general as could benefit others) and we can't remove as we have to make subs for all leagues otherwise that would be an option.

Think rule is fine but in some circumstances the rule can catch clans out

As I've said previously regarding my opponents (scorps) I AINT just gunna play when they say I would like an arrangement to play as I've sent messages but no reply so if my opponents come on deadline day and say play I'm gunna tell them were to go as I have been active the whole set of by hen subs havnt been made so I take it scorps would get the points as my refusal dgeneratio

If for any reason the game doesn't get played I will introduce a sub for you when permitted.

It's not rocket science to acknowledge a message and reply to one, it all stems down to the individual but common decency & courtesy would be appreciated from all our players opponents.

I played pretty well here didnt miss much when given the chances. 8 us she deserved at least one here, i got the first and was ul on the run out clear when i potted a long second to the last ball but white cannoned in one of hers she got ul with a positional and i took it in the second. 9 us i had two nice clearances from my first chance so not much she could have done there. 8 uk i cleared well after i played a safety to leave a ball over the pocket, then had a tidy run out to end it nicely. she deserved one in 8 us but she had an off night, still she was lovely to talk to and play against ggs pleasure playing
