Virgin suck... don't go near them ever!

Had no signal on my phone because of a faulty responder thing in the area, phoned them at least three times complaining because all ive had for near on a week now is emergency calls, can not text or anything. Speak to a lass today who trying to say my sim card is faulty and that is the reason... so your telling me that three virgin phones (mobiles) in this house and the guy up the stairs all have faulty sim cards then as we have all had the same issue as well as others here regarding signal... she was adamant though it was my sim, then tried to charge me for a new one! She then tried to say it was a problem with the system we were on and proceeded to turn off our internet as well this was around four today and they only just turned it on half hour ago. Funny enough the last hour my phone has had signal..... although im not holding out hope considering before that i would get one bar for one minute then it was no signal rest of the day/night.
