He wasn't on two clans at the same time. Team lists are locked for current season and next season lists haven't been submitted yet. Technically, he was not on two active team sheets. He broke forum rules by posting on 2 accounts. Punishable by muting iirc. I don't see how or why he would be banned from the league for next season when he didn't cheat. If the lists were active and his joining had any effect at all on league I would say yeah he broke rules. The fact is he didn't and him being exiled from the league is due to people not liking him rather than actually breaking rules.

My issue with the Shadows thing is that Ash was very much aware scott__p was him. They had previously had a tiff and shadows was going 'elsewhere' but after much kissing up and stroking of the ego shadows changed his mind and didn't want to look like a clan hopper so in the meantime he made another account and joined Phoenix for next season.

He knew he couldn't transfer his membership from one name to another because he deactivated around a month ago then reactivated because he couldn't transfer his premium to his new account. So I'm not sure how that excuse is even being used.

And aside from all that he openly said that both Jack and I were aware that he was using two accounts, which was an outright lie, and he even messaged Jack saying he was going to get us banned from the league. (Obviously I'm shaking in my furry bears feet slippers) When it was me who messaged Keith to begin with to check for the very reason that I don't want this team being associated with cheats or cheating.

No.. as soon as he is put on the team list (even for next season) of two different clans on two different accounts he is rule breaking. He showed no intention on either account to deactivate or leave that current clan until he was caught out. Therefore he cheated and knowingly broke the rules.

Really not hard to see that.

He wasn't going to deactivate shadows, he already knew he couldn't transfer his membership to a new name because he'd tried it before and admin wouldn't do it.
He needed a way to join Phoenix without looking like an idiot and this is why I believe Ash was fully aware it was him.

If a substanscial punishment isn't issued to both, its an injustice, and the league and admin are making a rod for there own back, they may aswell just say, do whatever u like

Only thing i will say on the matter as for one why are we talking about it here it has been dealt with lets just leave it be. Regarding the Ash part of this, everyone is entitled too an opinion and most have given it but there is a thing called innocent until proven guilty (murderers even have this branded on them till they are caught and you are huffing around saying there is no such thing - for online pool game). Keith has said what he has said and knowing Keith he probably won't bring it up again unless further action was too be taken. Some people are on the fence about it as it is hard too tell if someone is telling the truth or a lie from anyone especially over a computer but not much you can do there.

As for Shadows and what Klein and myself pointed out in the past he broke the rule as soon as he attempted (and succeeded in this case) too bring a second account into a clan, further more he also broke forum rules too which admin may follow that up , who knows. It's been done in the past numerous times and all players then were treated like Shadows is, no bullying or taking sides. Shadows is his own person, i think the best solution is for everyone too move on and leave it there as the threads have been a complete joke since it happened. Let other clans do what they are too do and keep your own clan doing what it is supposed to do.

to be honest its totally wrong what shadows has done.. now hes on here under yet another name... while playing in a league.... ash is just as much guilty as he knew this... if they arnt punished then you could see a lot of players leave this game

Got posted as Ash chose to post here, putting Stu in a negative light, he wants us to move on (i do too) but if he posts then he would more than likely get a response from someone

plus I cant see many players wanting to join a team with ash involved when he can keep this a secret and just post as normal

I think there are a lot of assumptions being made as to what his intentions were. Knowing how he is, I think he would have given DFE the slip and went back to Phoenix for next season.

As I've said before, I think everyone is throwing the book at him because of personal feelings rather than actual rules broken. The team lists were not official and were only posted on forums. If having players on two lists were illegal fatmikee would have been banned ages ago for creating an entire clan of names that hadn't even joined.

Just admit that you guys don't like shadows or ash and are trying to stick it to them. At least be honest since according to you all shadow's lies are what the whole problem is about.

For the record, I'm not sticking up for shadows because he's my friend or something. I honestly don't care, but I think for integrity's sake I need to stand up for the purpose.

I think he should be allowed to play until he actually does something that affects league play. If he does that, then punish him and his clan. That will be something the captains will have to consider before signing him. But banning him based on assumptions about possible outcomes is ludicrous.

I rather liked Shadows until yesterday when he said that me and Jack knew he was going to be multi account using As for Ash, he is still likable at times..

i don't like Ash (no secret but feels probably mutual and i don't mind) but thats for good reason which i won't go into, Shadows i don't mind but lost a bit of trust and respect due to the two accounts thing and also lying about joining DFE as i asked him if it was a hoax and pretending to be Scotty when he didn't need to.

Lol I just think it's blown out of proportion. Let the kid play. Ffs it's probably the last season.
