You're now making your own assumptions here ...which are false.

I see no problem playing tomorrow night if both players are cool with 10pm saturday night , the game would be completed then and no default which both teams want ?

You cant help working and hes let you know in time so no one would be messed around , i say let both fresh and askingfan arrange it together.

Right _huts24_ this is my last post on this:

1. Your original player has failed to show up or even had the common decency to message _fresh_ before or afterwards to notify or apologize.

2. You in your infinite wisdom subbed in tombo1 who at the time was offline 11 days himself (now up too 13 days)

3. You think just because your original player is now conveniently available _fresh_ should jump to his tune and play when he seeks.

4. You yourself still have failed to acknowledge your original player has pretty much restricted this fixture being completed and on top of that your incompetence to act appropriately has only continued that same effect.

5. Now we have been badgered by you to play Friday (today) at 11pm - and OH what a surprise your player cannot make it. I know we'll try the following day and see and hope that the 4th doesn't follow the same trend. Give us a break!

6. You have other players at your disposal but because you think fielding the original and MR AWOL stands your team in better stead to win overall you are reluctant to act.

7. I promise you this is the final post i will make on this - next one will be too horse10000 along with our substantial and conclusive default information.

8. Can you realize that we are now in the 3rd week of the fixture, your player has been at fault throughout therefore requesting an alternate time is not actually accommodating our player and his availability.

guys due to all this rubbish it's made me feel I don't want to be part of clans right now, I feel I've been mugged off and made to look an idiot and don't feel I should give people the time that I have honestly given.

I've made myself available at times I couldn't really be available, and offered times to my opponent that were not good for me, and still some people find me in the wrong or in a position where I should do more or even be subbed out.

They're just scared to play you, as sad as that is. Some people's egos are to big and skill sets too small.

You have done nothing wrong, no way should or will you be subbed out due to anyone's opinion or view point. You have arranged on 2 occasions to play - your opponent failed to show or even message you beforehand or afterwards.

As a result of ineptitude from their Captain you now have a player who arranged to play tonight....now cannot make it and an alternate one who's offline 13 days.

We will take it too default now...I've simply had enough of their Captains incompetent attitude and reluctance to act appropriately.

That is only a Minority mate, the Majority agree with You and Ash from what i have read it is one sided. Give Scorpions times you can make it, Scorpions then have to try and suit your needs. From what i have read you shouldn't have to be subbed, this isn't Snooker where the panel punishes you for refusing to sub, this is Pool and Keith posted the guidelines for cases like this to protect the player making the effort.

It isn't your fault as i said in PM today, it is theirs for waiting this long to play the game.

Without wanting to upset anyone here - scallo is on and eligible, and _fresh_ is online. It's blatantly obvious what the solution is!

Also, with it being SL, both players are allowed to sub themselves into fixtures without the captains permission. So even if you think huts is being obstructive, there's little he can do if scallo is happy to play!

To be fair Ash, there was a game arranged for 10pm against Fresh tonight, and at 10.15 he had scallo on, and at 10.25 he's got tombo - who was in the fixture. Just because he's been obstructive most the fixture, doesn't mean he's in the wrong right now.

If there was a game arranged for 10pm, they should just play surely??

If _fresh_ is available and in the right frame of mind to play, then yeah but if not dont do it.

No there wasn't it was mentioned for 11pm tonight vs askingfan and he since cannot play. Nothing was arranged just a time floating about.

This was the plan was it not, frustrate kieran to the extent that he quits. Well certainly seems very convenient that scallly (who was apparantly not even considered previously,!?!) logs on and you are then happy to be accommodating. And tombo logs on after a two week holiday at skeggy. All within 12 minutes of kieran being pushed out of clans.

If Fresh doesn't want to play now, can he post a day/time he would like to play, so we can work around that and have a player on. I can only apologise for my player not being able to meet his arranged times, and as the rules state - we will have to meet Fresh's most convenient time now. There is still this evening and 48 hours after that, so it should be perfectly workable. Thanks!

lol, huts has been annoying but accusing him of trying to make your player quit is retarded logic! Also, am I the only one that knows tombo only plays weekends? You'd think you lot would know this with him being ex Phoenix! lol
