I think the ideas of how the season would end was put on the back burner when the whole season needed rescheduling because of the signing players after the team list submission deadline.

There has been a partial Ad Hoc style of drawing the season to a conclusion for several seasons because of the unpredictable nature of clans and the spreading of the work load. Now all of sudden you don't agree with it so it becomes unfair?

Why is it only ever unfair when it doesn't suit your team?

The play off last season proved to be aimed at the very best teams and anyone below had no real chance. That means the majority of teams had nothing real to play for from the very start. This way, the better a lower side does then the better their chances of going further as they will avoid the best teams early on. The big teams still play for winning the league and also getting as good a seeding as they can to also go further. If you think there was no point in the league part then swap places with the bottom teams and see if it's any easier for the top 3 teams.

Whereas you do speak with much sense at times most of the above was complete drivel and doesn't correspond with my point.

I haven't said I dislike the idea and the new process I've just questioned why it's being introduced now at such a late stage of the current season and with EVERY team qualifying then ALL our efforts this season within the league itself can be rendered as useless & a complete waste of time.

Horse played well, but was gutted when he fluked a black in the first 8us game in opposite pocket. Went in off in other frame and didnt get back to the table.
9us, I won from 2 combos early on, when horsey missed a risky one.
8uk, I had yet another dry break, horsey cleared well. second, horse broke, went deep then ran out of options. I took the frame.

Bit disappointed but horse played well.
