Just a general enquiry this could be interpreted as controversy but it's just a question I'm putting out there!

How was apples_back even allowed to play in the Killer Cup and GSC final when we were told about our own players ineligibility in the semi final?

He didn't play one single FCL fixture and was only selected in the GSC final and Killer Cup final. We all know how great Sam is as a player but surely as I was quickly told in the semi finals players aren't eligible until next season.

How does this differ?
All my three players listed above should have been eligible if that's the case as they were added before the end of the season.

Or are you entitled to have someone on your team list for 2 months not play them but only in finals? Is that not manipulating the rules a bit?

I'm not causing an argument just merely asking a genuine question.

IF this is the true then Pros should be made Champions and Uprising DQ'd for fielding an ineligible player IMO

As any half competent captain would know, Sam was signed BEFORE the cut off point. You wasted a lot of words on a really stupid question there!!!

I know when he was signed that still doesn't explain why he was eligible to play in the say GSC when didn't feature in ANY Fcl matches?

Did you sign him solely for the finals?
Obviously for next season but I'm not fussed over the next one.

Oh and I'm not jealous, bitter or sour about anything. Uprising deserved everything they won this season and fair play to them. My only concern is keeping some integrity for the competitions. That's all.

Uprising I reiterate have had a great season and fully deserved 1st, we deserve 2nd in the FCL and FBL and FPD deserve what they got too, especially In the SL. Revs are 1 point away from winning the Plate that's awesome. Always great to see other teams win things.

He was signed after the start of fixture so was ineligible for the FCL, FBL and SL final sets despite being a part of the team during them. He was put into the first fixtures possible.

There are only 3 fixture sets and a lot of the time the last is the biggest so it's not unreasonable to sign a player too late. You yourself tried to use players signed after Sam but weren't allowed because you missed the cut off point, not sure why there is a problem with what happened when you wy yourself tried to do the same. Just leave it as it is I say.

For't record Ash, I was signed time ago, and registered in games, but I couldn't play both the games I was registered into because of time zone and availability issues!

Good time for me to be available though right!? :D

Sam signed for Uprising on 20th October
Super League Shield didn't finish until 8th November

FBL finished on my birthday (Nov 1st)

so Sam was eligible, and it shouldn't matter if he only got chosen for the Final, You know as well as anyone Ash that players can play more or less games than they choose.

If i brought in destiny or damee for the Final then Uprising would praise us for giving them some competition.

Sam was allowed to play and even if he wasn't i wouldn't take a Killer Win that way and would let Uprising keep the Killer title as they earned it against a fiery punkpoet, triple_b, silent_hill and dvz.

Really? I disagree with that sentence. A team only deserves to be Champions James if they adhere and maintain the team within the Rules.

Normally i would agree but why disrupt the great final over a player?

On Snooker recently i showed leniency as a player was signed and played a game but the stand in captain didn't realise he was on the max players. I allowed game to stand as they would basically replay the match and didn't see the point. In next set i had a word with captain and since removed a player.

Mistakes shouldn't be punished as heavily as that, If the clan got told before the match then its their fault but not everyone can be perfect 100% of the time.

Pool is too strict and lacking discretion and leniency normally but Keith has allowed exceptions this season and good runners show leniency which Keith has.

There wasn't any leniency. There is a cut of point in the season after which, no new signings are allowed to play. We signed Sam before this point. It's perfectly simple to understand, and I'm baffled as to why certain people are struggling to get to grips with this!
