I was thinking about reminding to some of us, the core truths about playing for a clan. But I reconsidered, as I suddenly remembered tht I keep telling that week in week-out . fighting with windmills feels easier sometimes. I shall try tht, might get better success rate at it actually.

there again, i suppose its better to start earlier than tooo late, we have had many of failing examples of teams tht gather ppl together nd wont make it even to the half way.

I don't need to poach fatmikee - the team speaks for itself - the ambition is very evident to see too. I do however unlike yourself respect people and their decisions, if they say no and aren't interested then there's still no harm in asking.

I'm not sure to what degree poaching really exists on here. Nobody is binded to a team by blood. At the end of the day the decision will always remain with the player. There's nothing wrong with asking someone once or twice but any more than that is just blatant disrespect (to the player,not their current captain).

Some players prefer to stick with the same team regardless of league position, and some like fresh challenges and the prospect of new captaincy and team mates, whether it be players from 'lesser' teams or 'better' teams.

I'm building a pretty awesome team and I don't feel badly about asking anybody that I've asked, whether they have said yes or whether they are going/staying elsewhere. And you've been very shielded over who you have joining BS so if anyone who has agreed to join you has changed their mind or had a better offer then it's only down to the player and their choice alone.

^^ I do feel that there is a certain disrespect when a captain actively seeks to sign a player from another team after the season has already started though. Especially when that captain has a decent enough team without needing to take other peoples players. As it more often than not causes disruption to the clan that loses a player, and it's no fun having to struggle throughout the season. Pros have suffered badly because of those very reasons this season.

Was that me Dee? IF you're on about miss_harriet she was added to the team before the season had even commenced. _payback_ on the other hand was taken mid way through but that was a result of your own Captains lack of will to win, ambition plus constant comments about the likelihood in 'folding' come the end of this season.
