I fell asleep earlier on and fumed cos no one woke me up after an hour, soooooo couldnt sleep. Getting tired again now tho so am afraid you'll have to talk to urself on here for now. Dont worry, its ok, i talk to meself all the time

It's going ok, It is pretty brutal at times, even with using the modifiers. Yesterday was the toughest day so far. So many push-ups I thought my arms were gonna fall off

Not done them yet, they're on another day I think. managed about 10 shoulder tap push-ups sandwiched between spider lunges and plank walks, then another 15 or so in the burnout

Just be careful you don't overdo it. The workouts are pretty tough, at least I think so anyway Don't want you to be #mrdead
I remember you said you tried Insanity, did you try the original Insanity or Insanity Max 30?
I ordered a 1kg bag off ebay for £9.99. Went to Holland & Barrett this morning to get a couple of single serve packets to tide me over until the bag is delivered.

the extreme abs is all i can remember from it , not sure what insanity it was. i just clicked download and had a pop. it was brutal pure hell i felt sick after 5 minutes
sweet man what flavour did you get ? cant go wrong with a tenner for a bag mate its about 3 weeks worth . couple of scoops of peanut butter into the shake is epic btw

Got Extreme Chocolate flavour and a jar of peanut butter. Had one earlier after the first of my double day workouts I missed yesterday. Tasted sooo good
The one I got off ebay was vanilla, so I can add some to porridge for breakfast Can just add some cocoa powder to it for the chocolate peanut drinks

i wouldnt mind a toffee flavoured one, that would be amazing with some peanut butter. i think id just drink as a drink , couple of scoops of ice cream in there aswell aww yeahh how many shakes are you having a day ?
good idea to add some porridge, im more of omlete or scrammy eggs as aposed to porridge

Could try Nuts N' More, it's a little bit pricey as it's imported from the USA.

I don't eat eggs. I'll end up stinking the house out with eggy farts

youll soon go through the kilo bag esp if your doing a couple of shakes a day. i think one in a morning and one post training is the way for me.

I plan to do 1 shake or 1 scoop with porridge in the morning, then 1 shake post-workout. Rest of the day will just be making sure I'm eating high protein food. Going to go to ASDA tomorrow to stock up on Skyr yogurt. Full of protein that stuff

didnt know skyr yogurt was high protein, ill haver to get me some of that. hoping the weights arrive tomorrow itching for them now. i start my diet tomorrow looking forward to it tbh similar to the atkins in some ways. not looking forward to the vodka going tho, i like a good drink esp after work.
a friend of mine has giving me a list of a few things to get thatll help wityh recovery etc, ill dig it out and let ya know whats on it. hes a bit of a fitness freak and knows his stuff

Yeah 16.5g protein / 6g carbs in a 150g serving. Normally about £1.60 each but ASDA doing 2 for £2
Just make a vodka protein smoothie
Finished week 1 of T25 today with some stretches/yoga. Really brings out the pain in the muscles from the weekday workouts lol. Worth it though with a 2.5lb loss
