Unfortunately the gap was just too big for me to do anything. I knew I needed to win by 6 points and unfortunately Greg is no push over, in fact, I thought he would beat me in the fixture anyway. I went for a run-out in the last frame, even though I dont think it would have been enough anyway, fouled and he cleared. So could have been 5 - 1, but that wouldnt be fair on Greg who was very unlucky in 9us.

These games were very close and very competative

9 ball seemed to not work in my favour but i played well in 8 uk when i got a run out but was unlucky in the other frame using the wrong spin to give 2 shots.

8 us was very open and shown great clearences from both. I did a very long potted double but potted his ball at the same time which lead him to be sloppy due to him being in owe of my amazing pot. Then I was quite sloppy second frame

Overall this game was the correct score , even though i did get a good run out

Slimeball is a fantastic player and a guy to watch out for
