Accounts are valid from a month old as long as they have been added in team prior to fixture release date so Toluca is fine from the 19th for the fbl.
If game was to go to default the fact he can't play for a week would go against pros.

As Tolucas account is not a month old until the 19th, you can request to replay this game after that date or you can accept the score the choice is fpd.

Last season when i played for black scorpions I wasnt allowed to be in the team fixture list from the start, despite me being eligible for part of the fixture period.
There has been no announcement of this rule changing before or during this season. So why the sudden change?
Accounts are valid from a month old as long as they have been added in team prior to fixture release date so Toluca is fine from the 19th for the fbl.

far as i know all leagues should be consistent in the basic rules. keith has spoken though so i won't be subbing toluca out as he only has this match (i think) so wouldn't be fair on him.
regarding score keith its a nice gesture but other times i have seen scores be invalid when they could potentially have stuck so i think this should be void too. up to Jamie of course but i think a replay is best

Leave as is till he can play. Then if they are both on they can replay, if not score stands. No big deal is it really? The rules are really only there to stop unscrupulous captains taking the mickey. You aint one of those so dont panic.
