i don't mind what the score is, if it was the other way i would have left at 1-1 as i don't need to stoop to that to win a clan game, i would respect the rules, not argue and say i would have claimed but fair play for replaying, unlucky on the draw pal.
nothing in rules about "If a player disconnects if the winning player has less than 50% of points they will claim the frame".
would leave them to it Sarah, from now until the end of time they will argue its 2-0, Keith has said 1-1 so no more needed and we are better than that

Ryan made a great gesture but when all is said and done the frame should be awarded as over 50% complete automatically.
Anything short of that is wrong IMO and makes a mockery of the whole game type. Set the precedent and get it right, before next time I'm losing or any of our players are 0-33 just press the little X in the top right hand corner and replay the frame.

The point in the frame is irrelevant, legend pot had just had a run of 33, Sean is more than capable of knocking in a 35. I have had a player leave while I only had one ball and a black and I replayed as i would never take a frame and always happy to replay, which is my choice. Legend pot had the option to claim the frame or replay the frame. He chose to replay the frame like a true sportsman which some will see as a nice thing to do and others who prefer to win will say he should have taken the frame. The ruling has always been it is up to the player involved so why we have had pages of arguments I have no idea.

IF the frame was less than 50% complete then by all means replay the frame but 33/35 is nearly 100%. IF it's more than 50% played then surely the fair outcome is to award the frame to the player who completed the most?

No one has slated Ryan, as we said, he has a very, very good nature. We do not blame him for this outcome and will not criticise him for what he decided to do as that is part and parcel of the player that has played for us for a number of seasons!

Lol play the biased card on something that your player decided to do. The replaying of a frame has been the players decision for as long as I remember. A top captain would praise his player on true sportsmanship, a poor captain who is desperate to win at all costs would keep going on about how unfair it is and post the wrong result in the results thread.
I have captained for several seasons and I have always been pro playing frames again as if any player who was desperate enough to leave a frame to try and get a replay if losing then won the replay took any gratification in winning like that, they would be welcome to it as I am sure the win would feel hollow.
I feel sorry for legend pot in all this as he has shown what a true gentleman he is and has been questioned by his own team mates as to his decision, which is very poor in my opinion.

This is by no means me agreeing with the decision which I feel has violated the team. It's not even regarding the win, it's the principle and premise but now the precedent has been set.

Then post that you still think that the result is wrong then post supporting your players actions even though you have questioned his actions for the whole night along with my biased running of the leagues.
The forums are a place where anyone can post as long as it is within site rules, if you choose to post statements that will get a response do not cry wolf when others respond.

This is by no means me agreeing with the decision which I feel has violated the team. It's not even regarding the win, it's the principle and premise but now the precedent has been set.
We have a great team here, let's keep doing what we are and that's trying to enjoy it at the same time.
Just for the record legend_pot (Ryan) I commend you for your nice gesture and sportsmanship. We can not prove nor disprove your opponents real reason for leaving the games room but can only go by the results page. Never mind - still a top player, sound guy and one I'm delighted to have on the team list. Great to have you back online too with us.
