Now I'm not 100% sure but I think it was just black with no adverts even though the space for adverts was there.

When I can get around to it I'm going to do a full format and reinstall of windows to see if that helps.

Thanks to the people who have posted here and messaged about issues with the various browsers. I know it may seem like it's made up to justify a loss but judging by how many other people are also having the issues, it is very common. I was using chrome with less issues. The game just isn't fun at the moment due to the problems I said.

I have video proof of some of the issues if anyone really needs to see it.

Every browser has its own identity whether it's the pace control, feel, velocity, smoothness. I have used Google since day one, I tried Torch until the popups started doing my head in and malware was rife.

So to use another is like starting all over again. I spent ages getting accustomed to Google and the weight of my breaks and shots plus rhythm.

The main issue is Windows 10, it updates the drivers automatically every time you log on so there is no getting used to a set setting now. That was evident with me one evening getting two runouts in 8us and the following day, the settings for the touchpad were as if I was sliding a slug. It was so sluggish the break was as if the pack were stuck like glue. I'd changed and configured nothing different.

I may revert back to Windows 8 tbh.

I haven't upgraded from 7, it seems to be better than 8 and 10.

It seriously annoys me when people complain about browsers affecting their game. I'm sorry but chrome + adblocker works perfectly fine. There is literally no excuse for losing Ash.

All that i've seen over the past 3 pages are written comments of a sore loser, something I didnt expect to see from Shad, but I am not surprised Ash joined the bandwagon. You got beat by a better player, Ash... so what?

Suck it up, stop threatening to quit when you finally have the "immense" team that you always wanted and just get on with it. Stop blaming browsers, internet or whatever its going to be next for your poor result when you were simply outclassed. Another thing that seriously hinders clans is people who cant take defeat.

I wasn't outclassed in any way, shape or form. I lost 4-6 after the restart and most of those were gift wrapped. So if that's me being outclased then I suggest you return to Primary school and learn a thing or two.

I will blame whatever I deem to be correct. The fact on two/three breaks in 8uk I potted the cue ball in a row, that never happens. Yes I have potted the cue ball off a break before, who hasn't but 2/3 in a row is absurd. Ask anyone I play Friendlies/Ranked games against and they'll tell you my breaks are usually pretty good. Well were before the Google Chrome loss.

I have every confidence in my own game and know I can play anyone and give them a match. The fact the 'starting all over again' needs to happen is annoying but I like challenges.

So you can say what you like, you weren't in the games room. Only me and my opponent know what really happened.

I'm taking nothing away from punkpoet, he cleared and took his opportunities. The fact they imo were handed to him makes the loss a little more frustrating than it could have been.

At the end of the day. Who cares. I'll beat him next time and I'll manage to sort out my browser by then.

Klein, I can assure you I am not a sore loser. I lost and have no issues with it at all. The videos I recorded last night, I can upload them to my dropbox/mega account if you want to see them, was when I won the 8 man killer.
You say chrome with adblocker works fine but it doesn't for me. I have a blank screen saying application not supported. Firefox was over hitting quite badly now and again, internet explorer is under hitting by an inch or so, sometimes worse. It puts you on edge as pool is a game of precision and if you don't know what to expect from the white ball you can't play for position.
Obviously you don't know the first thing about me to say I'm quitting because I lost. The game is almost unplayable for me since chrome stopped working. To sit staring at a screen for a minute or so when your opponent has 3 balls remaining to then see all 3 balls potted in about 2 seconds is boring and disheartening. I'm a gracious winner and loser. I don't do big write ups detailing how I outplayed them or how lucky they were to win. I say ggs, all the best in the rest.
I used to like playing l.a noir on the 360. At certain points in the game it used to lag like hell. I checked online and it was a common problem. I stopped playing it as it was no fun watching a man run in super slow motion. Funky pool isn't fun with the issues I am having. I know it sounds like moaning but what I want is a solution to the problem so I can get back to playing the game I used to very much enjoy.

I'm also astounded that you have chosen to slag me off when all I have ever done is support you when you asked for my help. For shame!

That right there is the only summary of the game you needed. All the other crap you spouted is just that. Crap.

When you realise this and not to care about other problems that are easy fixes or excuses, that is when your game improves.
