I still would never play in a league that has Arcade involved in it again.

You dont have to play the arcade, 16 players in a team and you just need 2 to play it.

Lets add minigolf aswell.

I think that having a score of 9 in minigolf is a skill aswell.

Also lets award points to players for logging in into the server, It takes skills to remember your username and password.

I still wouldn't want to be in a league that counts arcade towards the teams overall score.

Thats like playing ip-dip-dop-dip to decide which team gets the points from the 2 arcade fixtures.

Ive read through the last 6 pages of arguments and sarcasm. Great to see the true qualities of the funky pool regulars shine through yet again. And to what end? None from what i can see.

Arcade in both snooker and pool are easier alternatives for beginners. How many beginners play in our leagues? If there are any, they are in FPD as most of the bigger teams wont touch them. I believe that by putting Arcade games in a perfectly good and working league you lessen the quality of it. Its not necessary to change whats there already imo.

Exactly. Not to mention Arcade snooker is extremely popular on Snooker whereas Arcade on Pool is considered a bit of a joke.

Hitting a 107 in snooker arcade takes lots of skill, hitting a run out in 9 ball arcade takes less skills than making a fart.

Id take the creation of a fart over both as i would then be classed as a proffesional. Something i am unlikely to be in either the other two.

As the season ends, why not have a couple if trial runs with the new proposals and include all clans, they then don't need to run in clan games and the runners can make it a league over a month or so, even if each team has a swamp of games you can then include new members and get them used to clans and the formatt etc... Just an idea rather than spend weeks debating it all has you can never please all anyway
