With reply to a sensible person and post, I think a list of nominee's be sent to each team and their players express their votes that way. Captains/Vices should be treated as equals just submit their teams overall vote.

Said my piece about arguments and bickering before, a lot of disagreements can be resolved before any arguing stage with compromise or pure common sense. They need to be dealt with via offline not broadcast across the open forum which only invites everyone to interfere or express their views.

Punish the individual not the team for arguments but the team for defaults etc.

Did they run smoother before you captained? Yes. Did the leagues run smoother when you were muted? Yes. It's not a dig it's a fact.

If Horse goes then, its whoever steps up really, sure everyone could vote Sarah for instance but if the player doesn't want to run, you can't force them and if they do good luck to them.

I personally hope Keith stays as a runner but as someone who left because of arguments before i could understand why they may not want to do it.

If the arguments drops to a minimum or directed on facebook then runners may want to stay more as they put their heart into the leagues with little reward.

Got to say Kudos to Chris though, as when he left he kept the website open for future runners which is what we need also as some past runners would take the site with them (exception is janmb as his site was made from scratch so unless a member paid to be put in a Web Hotel it was always going to drop).

Keith, you are in a minority of people that consider all substitutions to be tactical. The vast, vast majority on here make subs if a game is in danger of not getting completed, or simply because two friendly teams happen to have 2 eligible players on at the same time. The majority of the site hate blatantly using substitutions to try and gain an advantage. Many, many more people hate tactical subs more than they hate the arguing about them. If there's going to be penalties put in place to appease the minority over the majority, that's a backwards step. Once implemented, the league would lose loads of players and clans, or someone would just set up their own league.

Regarding running the league, I would never doubt your integrity and believe you to be impartial when making decisions. I would hope you want to hold this poisoned chalice for at least one season.

There isn't exactly an abundance of people wanting the job (lot of effort for not a lot back) so whoever is prepared to do it and has the knowledge too gets the job.

Well I'm behind Keith if he wants to do it.
I think the majority would be okay if he did.
I think deciding who, is more important at the moment than subs ect. When we have decided who's running the league we can then address subs.
I don't need to post my opinions on subs... lol

Kieth has always been a good league runner and a very Honest person to me,just hope he stays.

Subs for me personally still requires to be addressed as any sub is 'tactical' so there is no point in saying others are doing them when all teams do subs. So either we accept that 'tactical' subs are part of the game or we come up with something else.

Personal attacks and abuse on the forums, this shouldn't happen and it is usually the same group of players that are involved. Constructive posts and discussions should be encouraged but personal and abusive posts have no place on here. Suggestion to throw out for discussion any players who post abuse etc. get a league warning first then a game suspension and if it continues the length of suspension increases. (Please note this is separate from any Funky rules that the individuals break, these would still be dealt with by the site)

Again I think the Team should be punished. Users can deactivate and return so may prove pointless in punishing a player. More effective if your team suffers for your behaviour towards others.
