Absolute dog sssssshhhhhhhh...I couldn't do ANYTHING right. Whether I attacked or played safe it just backfired on me, UK, every time I had an easy clear either white dropped or I potted his ball. Was like I was watching someone else play and I couldn't do nowt about it.
John cleared everytime I effed up so fair play to him for that...I can't work out if I was unlucky or just awful...I'm gonna say both...12-3 to John, words escape me

I should be playing shotstopper soon hopefully, he's just in another clan game, took 15mins to play the first 3 games of us8 so It looks like I'm gonna be waiting a while

Well, after putting myself through a horrendous performance earlier, its time for a new release and a breath of fresh air, as we bring you more from CNGTV! Tonight we have a special feature where our main man Alan, who's a barrel of laughs at the moment takes on an unfamiliar opponent in showstopper...he certainly is that, its taken him ten minutes to join the bloody room!!

Frame 1

Another 10 minutes goes and he's finally ready to play, certainly living up to the name! Alan kicks in with a foul first shot, showstopper doesn't really do much with the ball in hand and Alan smashes him for an excellent clearance, 1-0!

Frame 2

Showstopper looks in to make a great clearance and equalise...after a great shot to separate his balls from the pack, he rattles his penultimate spot, and Alan is in to take full advantage, nice clear...2-0

Frame 3

Alan goes for the clearance, not sure if its on for a runout but its deffo a 7 balling...BUT he losing position on his penultimate spot and can't quite get the pot off. Stopper makes a couple of pots but underhits a shot and fouls. Alan Goes for the clear but his last spot doesn't have the legs and Stopper is back in to clear...But he misses his last stripe! Alan hasn't got a clear pot on his last spot so plays the snooker...gets it! Forces the foul and takes the frame! 3-0

Frame 4

Alan yet again goes for the clearance but losing position on his last 2 stripes, he plays a clever shot forcing one out and pushing stoppers spots into a pack. Sloppy play from both, missing simple pots, but Alan is in again, and he takes the frame by the skin of his teeth! 4-0

Frame 5

Alan has his balls in hand, he tries to split the black off from Stoppers ball and succeeds but unfortunately snookers himself...a good safety shot and he gets out of the snooker and manages to cover a pocket at the same time too. Stopper doesn't know what he's doing, he keeps potting Alan's stripes..................an unfortunate change of events and Alan knocks the black in....FOUL! 4-1
