I have a major issue with putting so called best players in one side at the moment, it ruins the team ethic and prospects for the others. I'd like us to treat every player the same and give them same opportunity as everyone else. We are lucky to be blessed with top players but our others aren't rubbish.

I'd like us to try get Both sides as far as possible, increases the fun, challenge and whole point in entering two sides to be honest.

I probably can see this not being a popular opinion but we are a TEAM of 14/15 not only 7. Teams work best when they are treated and act as one, that's my opinion. Nothing wrong with wanting to achieve, we all want too but pushing and believing in one another and marching on-wards together is an even better accomplishment.
