As ash is fully aware I suffer from an aggressive form of crohn's disease over the past few days I have been having a really bad flare up , not sleeping well and not really got the motivation to get on or do anything really

Seen consultant at the hospital this morning so he's gave me a few things to try ease the symptoms , looking for a day or two lads to see if it helps cause I'd like to play the games

If that's not possible I'm sure ash can sort something out

That idea will be declined, 10/10:30pm Thursday suits friendyboy (Alex) much better and 10/10:30pm is not a good idea for someone who at that time of day will just want to chill or sleep. He's already stated he's not well and will be mentally & physically drained at that time of night.

Symptons include not being able to eat for days etc. So let's give Rich as long as he requires and I'm 100% sure he will try his utmost to play vs zante as soon as he is fit to do so.

I can't garuntee I'll be on Thursday at that time I hope she gets me a dongle tomorrow while I'm at work. i m saying that's the first possible time I could make it if she does. I will then be avail able at several other tines over the weekend. As I was due to plat tonight and can't and nd Zante was and still can that's why I suggested it .
