Sorry most the time you are correct however on this occasion you are wrong. The reason for my post above is to clearly specify that ANY agreement must adhere to the rules. In this case unfortunately the 'uncontested definition' has been misinterpreted and manipulated for one teams gain.

I have absolutely no issue with anything as long as Rules and Regulations are just and fair for all. You have on numerous occasions stated you will be applying for the automatic win which I cannot see within the confines of the FCL Rules, with no Phoenix contest.

I'm just letting you know that we interpret the 'uncontested' to be something completely different, we are a TEAM after all and I will fight hook n by crook for Phoenix Storm and for fair play at all times.

i could of let the fcl game start from 1-0 up and just not let davy bother playing been THATS FAIR, i never manipulated any rule for the record it was the suggestion of your co-captain that actually said it .. and i agreed.

the fair play is what we allowed in super league what you are now doing is going back on one mans word to another.It is you that manipulates rules like you have been doing with the swaps and subs on a constant basis .. pros WERE using a rule to our advantage that isnt manipulating thats being tactically astute. We went back on that in the interest of fair play and because of an agreement in place from me and shadwells discussion last night . that you claim to be involved with via shadwell .. if you was you wouldnt be acting like this right now.

Not at all,

'Uncontested' could mean 2 things.

1. We don't play and they TRY claim 15-0 when only 5 frames played (where we dont batter an eyelid - NO CHANCE)
2. We play, we don't score but eliminate the amount of points Pros can win.

Contest

1. We fight for every frame and stick to the rules and regulations
2. We start as agreed at 0-5 and the other 10 all to play for. (with our sub)

So kindly mind your own business, this not nothing to do with you nor PDs.

If this is contested by phoenix after me being specifically told last night my shads (i have it in message) that it wont be any games with phoenix from pros will be void i will boycott any future games pros will have with phoenix . If it costs pros the league then so be it

8 ball uk: again he played very good, a lucky golden break saved me in the end

Uncontested would be where you do not contest anything, as per it's only meaning haha.

Shadwell made a very mature and mutually beneficial agreement with matty, you just went back on the agreement after the fact.

I shall put it out there now, if you or any phoenix member contest anything to do with that FCL game I will make it a personal mission for every team to boycott you so you cannot play in the league any more. You may not bat an eyelid but I think when I start something like this, inevitably I achieve my goal. The beauty of it is you could not do anything to stop it either other than concede on this issue, as shadwell correctly already did!!

I will also join john in his mission end of the day it was sorted last night in a fair way for both teams .. you got what you wanted with davy playing his game and i got the uncontested part i wanted... you got your sub in the end when u subbed emma out of the other game .. every single thing was fine and dandy until you decided you wanted to start again.

This all started because a Phoenix player (ex-player now, but that doesn't really matter) went back on his word, Me and davy should've rightfully been continuing a partially played match from 4-0. Considering I repeated that score in 8us anyway (and considering I actually think the "sub can't score thing" is kinda harsh), turns out no harm was done. But in sake of your clan's reputation, ash, don't force phoenix to go back on yet another agreement!

How did it suit been best? If he lost the first 5, firstly he wouldn't quit like a jessie and secondly, he would have stuck to the agreement and not go back on his word. That's what caused all this and ash is doing it again.
