playing in both is what would of made me happy ... so i dont understand this remark in the slightest emma.

Self explanatory really, if swaps remained then she had two fixtures/opponents. Now she has one due to not wanting to face same opponent twice so subbed out for FCL (her prerogative). Our swap catered for that so she had a match versus _redherring_ oh well nevermind.

ash dont try and bs me by saying thats the reason u swapped when u know very well that wasnt the original reason .. i can pull up multiple posts where not once is that the reason you gave anyway ... if i am bored of playing someone in tournaments but draw them in a clan game ill just swap the match as im bored of playing them too much ...

It was a light hearted joke, sorry if you took it as more :) after my month off ive come back remembering this is a game that doesn't matter and is for having a laugh on. Not treating like life and death. I would advise some others on the site to try it!

Ash might not have ment the swap in that way but there was the added advantage for me that I dont like playing the same player twice in a fixture. For me there is nothing more sinister than that simple fact :)

it may be the reason for this sub .. it was not the reason of the original swap .. the reason for the original swap was because YOU didnt want one player to play the same person in case your player was stupid enough to agree to 1 frame for two formats. You have said it many times .. anyway im not going through this again today .. you have made your sub and thats fine .. Mikey doesnt mind who he beats anyway although the fcl game was arranged for yesterday at 7 o clock .

7.5 Substitutions in partially played games
Once a game has started between two players no substitution may normally be made. The exceptions are 1) where a player has been banned, has deactivated or has been removed from a clan - in the event of a player getting banned/deactivating or being removed then the game may be continued with a substitution from the clan whose player left; and 2) where all parties (the players and the clans directly involved) agree to a substitution being made, and also agree to whether the score continues from the point the previous one was suspended or whether it starts anew from 0-0. Any agreements from both sides must be recorded in a verifiable format for the avoidance of any later dispute.

If a player deactivates and decides to reactivate their account after the game has been completed they are then not allowed to re-join that clan until the following season. They will also not be classed as a free agent and will not be allowed to join another clan until the mid-season transfer window or the end of the season.

Our Action:
Player deactivated we took appropriate action, ie. Removed from team
Sub has been made, score (0-5).
No where in the Rules can I see where it specifies match remains uncontested?
Player will Not be returning in mid season windows or after.
So bigcjl2 or whoever plays it has every right to Contest.

Rules are a set precedent not to be adapted/modified/manipulated for anyone's gain.

I didnt say you couldnt contest it .. that was an agreement by me and shadwell thats why we allowed the super league game to start from 0-0 .... me and shadwell sorted this yesterday no YOU are just lookg for an arguement again ash, i dont understand u gave that spiel about not wanting to argue yet all you do is look for a way after the original arguement was sorted last night by two adults.
