so ive been up all nite and since theres not many players on i thought id find out a bit more about how our team actually started. I read our thread, all 44 pages of it. What a rollercoaster lol. Learned a lot also. firstly, u need to be active, to be a GOOD captain of a team. I am sure you can improve, Sean. Secondary, it probs wouldntve never happend if there wasnt Krazyash-s great support. Third, it now only stands because we have Miss_Scarlet. fourth, never forget Cabman, who organized a huge amount of stuff and only left cos he didnt get enough support. but this happenz i guess sometimes. We have couple of good vc-s now, and thats great. Im nobody, but as a team we would always want to improve, get better results and so on, so i feel that if i may give a little advice for our captains, then it would be that only to recruit reliable and GOOD players for the few vacate spots.
I, for myself can say that i will not leave this team, if not asked to of course. i am happy here and i really do think we have a nice bunch of ppl! Apart from nights, every time i come online, theres at least 4 of us here playing, and i believe its a very good sign
so lets not keep blazing but, LETS BURN THE FECKER DOWN I SAY!

I don't think miss_scarlett gets the recognition she deserves and others fail to remember she is based in the USA so a different time zone to the majority. I've seen her online at silly o'clock just trying to sort out/plan things for the team. (ie with regards to subs etc)

Sean is sound too, he helped recruit loads, unfortunately seems to have wandered a bit but i'm sure he'll be back. Some cracking players here and we all started somewhere. I wish Baize Burners all the best, keep hold of your CORE players (kris, pocket_power, etc) and only be concerned about yourselves, what goes on in other teams, is their issues.

Unfortunately a little too late for the majority to comprehend, but stay true to yourselves and try enjoy playing the game of pool we all enjoy.

Keep it going miss_scarlet, be resilient till the end, respect and all that jazz.
