Should be a nice easy start to break us in

In other good news, Hendo has been made Liverpool's official V/C! The next Gerrard... one can dream

Lol I expect a comprehensive win for them, if they can't beat Ludogorets then they need help.

I would take that, goal difference may become a factor later on in the group, but I would highly doubt it.

Liverpool have looked average all night to be fair. Sterling needs to be played in the centre and allowed to roam in my opinion. Oooooh late drama as I write this

Hope yous all got on my tip of Ipswich to win

Cheats - no way a penalty - Spanish Diver!!!

Ludogorets robbed! - Better side all match.

£110m spent on Rubbish! LOL - Wont even make it out the group stage with performances like that though.

Typical manure fab bias really.

More points and more goals in Europe than your lot this season

Liverpool were the better side just lacked in the final third, Manquillo was clearly caught by the keeper, they shoulda had a pen but it weren't given and tbh I don't care... A win and 3 points and with Basel losing by that score line a draw with them in each game should be enough to see us through if we can beat Ludogorets again.

Again ... Where are united?

Hit a nerve mich? Truth hurts, they were average at best - outplayed by a team from Bulgaria. Doesn't bode very well for rest of the Group Stage. Real Madrid will be licking their lips at the prospect when they get to feed your goal for fun.

Cheap and predictable...we'll be back..just you wait, probably when Liverskool don't qualify.

Glory hunter continues his pretending knowledge of united..

Outplayed? Liverpool dominated...

You'll be back? Im sure every united fan said that, at the start of this season.. 5 points from 4 games. Kicked out of Capital One Cup by MK Dons.. Not just kicked out though.. Humiliated!

So you've bought some good players.. Like Chelsea! An the title is without a doubt theirs for the taking this season.. And shall be for every season that they've got their talented squad..

So when you say you'll be back? Do you mean back in Champions League? Or back fighting for the title?

Your title challenging days are now over.. United can't compete with the likes of Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham, City.. And do i say it? Everton..

United's board demand top 3 this season.. Lol! Good luck you'll be fighting for Europa League at the most.

wow !!!!!!!

some comment that, Man Utd have dominated the Premier League since its conception.
to say there challenging days are over,,,, Really and you say some one else knows nothing about football

Liverpool have been in footballs wilderness for years, you seem to have a very short memory

Liverpool have had ONE great season, this season is about consolidating their place in the top 4 and showing they are consistent and do it season in season out

looking at both teams this season, it appears to be a lot of drum banging going on from both sets of fans

I'm independent here, Liverpool have done nothing in my opinion this season, they look a shadow of themselves from last season, they look disjointed, the team just doesn't look right, something is missing.
yes Suarez has gone, but Ricky Lambert is hardly a Suarez is he, the opposition appear comfortable playing against this seasons Liverpool
time will tell

Man Utd appear to want to play with a back 3 and everyone's laughing at them for it
Id say when you have the best attacking team in the Premier League they wont have to worry about defending
without the worry of Europe this season when United click, god help the teams they play

id say judge both teams in 8 weeks and see were they are

We were crap tonight, we deserved to win 2-1 though IMO, they should have had a pen in the first half, but the goal they actually scored had a foul on Sterling anyways, so 2-1 was fair.

Hopefully the team learn from this, and we bring in a defensive coach, our defence has been shocking for some years, maybe being Hyypia back to teach Sakho and Lovren to work together.

Balo looked ok, but Sterling just isn't as effective out wide anymore, but ah well, we picked up a win when we played crap, hopefully we can play better against better teams

Ash you never hit a nerve no, I just like to point out when you're talking rubbish is all.

To say we were outplayed is absolutely ridiculous, we dominated they had a couple counter attacks is all, as has been since Sturbridge was injured we have lacked in front of goal, when the players settle in together and we play a 4-4-2 diamond with Balotelli and Sturridge with Sterling just behind then we will start to shine.

Of course we'd have loved a 4-0 or 5-0 a lot of people expected us to get, but 3 points means we are 3 points closer to qualifying from the group.

As for your comment vs real... I can see us losing 2-0 away and either 0-0 or 1-0 either way at home...

Everyone had their own opinion mine is that it's funny that a manure fan who doesn't even support his local team is laughing about Liverpool who qualified for CL and then won their first game is somewhat ridiculous.

That's all from me... Good night.

LOL -

United's title chances are OVER - LMAO - I admit sometimes i write some garbage but this tops all the trash including mine

United will be a lot better than they have been and 3 at the back will be implemented slowly. Our midfield is far superior to that in Liverpool, Arsenal, Everton and Man City, only lagging behind Chelsea atm. That could be sorted in the January transfer window, where we will spend to bring in necessary players. Notably Another DMC so Blind can rotate and a Center Back which is vastly required.

Chelsea have started very well, BUT if and when they suffer injuries to the key components to their squad or suspensions they will slip up like they usually do. We've had a very bad start, LVG said it will take 3 months from the start.

Liverpool did not dominate and when Lallana attempted to score you could see Bam Bam (Balotelli) starting to get frustrated, only a matter of time before he blows his lid. Also why sub on Borini instead of Lambert, great way treat a quality player...not!!! Huge indication, unrest is just around the corner.

Time's ticking before the time bomb explodes.

United have the 2nd best midfield in the prem???

Admitted, Di Maria would walk into most teams, but apart from that, fairly average midfield compared to most of the top 6, Yaya Toure has teared United a new one pretty much every game he has played against you, alongside Silva, Nasri, Navas, Fernando, Fernandinho.

So lets say take out Yaya and ADM from the city and united team and compare the others, Blind vs Fernandinho, speaks for itself really, Carrick/Fletch vs Fernando, again speaking for itself, power, speed, eye for goal, can't say that about the British players there, Mata vs Silva, which one was sold from a top team to a rival, becuase he was lazy, doesn't track back and doesn't perform well most big games? Not Silva lol
Valencia vs Navas, this is a funny one, remember when Valencia wore the No.7 shirt, becuase he thought he was good enough, then he realised he wasn't and had to give it up because of the pressure of a shirt number we all saw Navas' quality at the weekend, never gave up on a loose ball which was where the first city goal came from, class.

Admittedly, the chelsea and city teams are far superior to any other teams in the prem, I'd say the united midfield is now on par with most of last seasons top 6, bar arsenal (if they keep their players fit), the odd smattering of quality among some good players (including liverpools).

As for Balotelli about to kick his toys from the pram, are you really trying to say that that is the first time you have seen an agitated striker in front of goal?? Every striker does that, except when Rooney does it, the ManU board pick up his toys and give him another fat cheque to put a smile back on Shreks face.

Yes, Liverpool were woeful tonight, but we dominated, but it doesn't matter how you play if you pick up 3 points when you play this bad, things can only look better.

Also, lets not forget that United have spent a lot more than the financial fair play rules allow them to, so they either have to start shipping out players, or this team is going to the team for the next 3 years...
Before I will start United as a serious threat again, will be when they buy 2 world class CB's, no offence to Blackett and Evans, but they are not world class.

But ah well, as long as Liverpool and United exist, there will be a rivalry between the fans, these are just my views, no malice intended, as a few of you know, away from football, I have some good mates who are united fans (for those who I pick on ManU lol)

All we can do is prepare for our next game this weekend, and hopefully came away with 3 points and keep pushing as high as we can go.
