I have never seen anyone on here so desperate for a game to go to default. Harry spoke to me yesterday and spoke about a sub and to restart the game from 0-0. I said i had no issues with it to get game played but you would need to speak to chris to see if he would allow it as a one off to get games completed.

Thanks hippes for all the effort and nice win against braveheart. Thanks to him also for stepping in to play. We will just need to wait and see and if it goes to default, i think we can pretty safely say that we couldn't have tried anything else to prevent it, I don't think Black Scorpions can say the same.

And yes harry and braveheart would be welcome in UB anytime faust, when is the transfer window?

Just to put this out there, the arguments all seem to hinge on huts permission. Well if you read the rules word for word, rule 7.5 at no point says it needs a captains permission to approve this starting from 0-0 in order to get games played, it specifically says clan. As braveheart is a member of the clan is that not the clan making the attempt therefor making it valid. As for a sub needing permission, was this not played after midnight making it played on deadline day making it any players able to sub themselves in? If you follow the rules to the letter the game should stand as all rules were followed.

100% agree isnt the whole point of the way the super league system works to be as flexible as possible ? well here is an example of how to use the rules in its proper form .. and there is an example by a team trying their utmost to allow this to goto default.

Both players were online sitting in the chat room at the same time, hippesville made every effort last night knowing that were pretty much his deadline night due to work commitments. Only obtrusive people were the opposition, in this scenario. Were no reason why they couldn't have played so hippesville did whatever he could to try decimate the idea of a default for this particular match.

Effort and application alone will be in his favour surely. I'd say let it stand, even though not mutually agreed as one were trying prove an invalid point when were easier to allow common sense to prevail and just play the fixture.

It were me who showed him the rules hence me speaking up now. Just tried to help.

I would much rather face the Default Scorpions in the next round, so my opinion isn't motivated by self interest, but what is best for the integrity of the league. Every season we see individuals trying to manipulate the default system, and I'm sick of it. What possible justification could anyone give to not let the game stand? Most agree we want as little restrictions as possible in the leagues, and huts deliberately forcing a default is detrimental to the entire competition.

Is this the first time in history Pro's, Uprising and Phoenix have all been in agreement? I think that says everything!!!
