That is what I am concerned about, as I currently weigh approximately 14 stone, as I used to be a butcher, so always moving and working. Whereas I now work in an office, so drive 1.5 hours to work, work 10 hours, then drive for another 1.5 hours. So I am sat down for 13 hours, which has not helped me at all.

I lost the weight too quick though so now, ontop of hitting the weights n building up muscle, I run 2 mile a day on the treadmill to try and tighten up my loose skin. Ill try and sort some pics out of before n after jim

I'd recommend to not run at all and just stick with the weights for now. You will lose more weight this way and end up with more excess skin. If anything I'd say eat a bit more and do everything gradually as too much I'm any direction can be detrimental to your cause.

A friend of mine did the P90X version of the Shaun T workout, in the 3 months, he lost about 2 stone in weight, and has since taken up cycling as a good way of keeping the weight off

Anyways, I used to do a lot of working out, and the main thing is making sure you rotate workouts, that means leg days have to happen

Indeed, I laugh at all the roid boys out there with the skinny legs. They are purely doing for reasons to do with insecurity imo.

I used to love challenging some of these people to a battle on the leg press, at my peak, i was able to push out the full 400lbs, but thats because I had the core strength and did leg days. The would struggle to push over about 280lbs

I doubt I would be able to 200lbs now though

Nothing much you can do when work in the picture, unless you go for walks on breaks. You will just have to utlilise the time when your not at work. You can still get a great gym session in only 45 minutes providing you do the right things.

I have considered doing that, but the gym I used to go to closes at 8, and I get back from work around 6/7pm, but they kick you out of the gym at 7.30

And as for going for walks in my breaks, I don't really get any breaks... Just gotta work mate, the only break we get is toilet or to make a brew haha

You always have to put work first in this current climate. However I'm sure there are some things you can do like buying weights or a bike machine for inside. Even body weight exercises throughout the day are great.

There is press-ups, sit-ups etc all good, but food and nutrition is part of the key, depends on what you're after, for me its chicken pasta, fish and high protein and high carb/protein % drinks, always drank with full cream milk never water, consult a personal trainer for you personal methods...

I've got good genetics so no real need for juice, yet !..
Walk about 4 mile a day so need energy and loads a bananas

Keep Lifting !

Billy Blanks Taebo DVD workout is good stuff too if you can't get out, just make sure you have enough floor room.

Most of his videos are on Youtube so no £££'s or $$$'s needed.

Correct, I'd say working out is 80% diet and nutrition and 20% doing your workouts. You need your fuel to enable you to do what you do and you also need it to repair the muscles you have worked during your workout. Also rest times are important aswel, we all need our sleep lol. Fish is another great protein, tuna in fact is basically a protein with a very very low carb count. I personally take my shakes with water but it's all about what you want from it, I don't believe there is a right or wrong way to that apart from if your not using it properly to get the best benefits.
