Schweinsteiger, Martinez, Lahm, Kroos, Gotze, Muller, Ribery, Robben, Shaqiri and Thiago. They can afford to lose Schweinsteiger and Martinez

I cant see Spurs scoring 3 goals, they were terrible v Liverpool. No service to Soldado who has turned into the torres of Spurs.

I am hearing tonight Sunderland have played an ineligible player 4 times this season, Ji Dong-Won cant get my head round why they have only got a fine ? Why was this not a point deduction ? is it not the rule that if any team through out the entire football league pyramid who plays any ineligible player get a points deduction ? I follow lots of football and see this often, most recent Ramsbottom United ( see link )
Why have Sunderland managed to wrangle there way out of this, and if they do stay up ( big if ) can the other teams sue them for breach of Premiership rules ????
And yeah i am a Newcastle fan lol

As fan as I can see it was an oversight not planned, he was under contract at Sunderland and had already been registered to the 25 man squad list, they didn't realise he would need to be re-registered after his loan and permission needed from the German FA

Also, going off the Ramsbottom case that you posted, they would only be deducted any points they gained during the games he played, which is one point I believe. Although they also used him in the Capital one cup in 1 game they won...

I could be totally wrong, and I think as Zak said it is probably more a case of a misunderstanding than a blatant disregard for the rules.

West Ham 1-2 Liverpool

Very Controversial game, however it all evened itself out in the end.

Another 3 points, and 5 wins away from the league title!

1st pen - Definite.
Their goal - Carroll looked to hit Mignolet on the head, the linesman flagged for a foul and the ref still over ruled and gave their goal... strange.
2nd pen - the keeper may have touched the ball but Flanno still had it at his feet and the keeper followed through and took his legs/feet too IMO so I think it probably was but I can see why people would think otherwise.

Anyway top of the league and City next...

Also BIG SHOUT to Everton... What form they are in, they have a very tough run of games though I think they have United and City, if they take points off City that could secure the league for us.

Plenty more twists and turns to come I think but for now TOP OF THE LEAGUE!

Don't know why everyone is making out next weekends fixture against Man city is the title decider, if liverpool do win, surely that puts chelsea back in the hunt, if they beat us at anfield?

Because Chelsea could win all their remaining games and not win the title, Chelsea have been most likely to drop points and have a tough time still bring in Europe. If one team can win that, there is no reason why they couldn't win all the league games they have left. If Chelsea beat us they still could drop points. They aren't anywhere near out of it, just probably in third by a whisker
