well I don't take football quite as seriously as your sounding, and its a game is all I will say, and we don't decide the teams tactics theirselves either, we can easily think that managers doing that and disagree with it ourselves, theres a lot to all that, and man utd im not that big over, Norwich I look into more I think! so I wouldn't go that far with it all. Can see man utd finishing 5th or 6th myself anyhow, but a lot is dependant.

I don't think that comparison with Cantona & Suarez is just - The only thing that was malicious from Cantona was the Palace kung-fu kick, Suarez is just a horrible man (albeit quality footballer)

I don't think a complete revamp is quite necessary, squad is still there - The only place I'd agree would be a holding midfielder to challenge Carrick (which could come from Fletcher being back in training following his stomach injury) and a replacement for Evra - I don't think Baines is the man, I think he is incredibly over-rated as a player. He is a good left-back but everyone seems to forget about his partnership down the left with Pienaar and I think it's the partnership that is class and makes Baines look so good.

The whole Rooney being unhappy thing was just media spin in my opinion - He seems happy enough now anyway. The problem is the transitional phase from Ferguson's style of play to Moyes' is still going on - It also doesn't help that Moyes doesn't seem to have settled on his first XI as of yet. You can see United in glimpses coming together, but it's still very early to judge the team.

I still can't look past City for the title. Pellegrini is an absolute fantastic manager (been a fan of him since he broke the Spanish dominance with Villarreal). Them & Chelsea have the best two squads in the league by far but I still think Mourinho has been unusually quiet this season so something is wrong there.....

If Arsenal sign someone like Benzema in January then I'd be tempted to put them as favourites for the title. The signing of Ozil has made their season what it is so far, another signing like that and they look the best. City have poor away form which needs sorting and Chelsea have some defensive worries. Over the season those two should sort themselves out, it's all about arsenal maintaining what they have. If they get caught then i'd imagine they won't build up another lead like they have (unless they sign another world class player)
