Well that just proves that it is not an issue with your computer, and is most likely an issue with your ISP. In my opinion anyway.

It has to be ISP as i have been suffering the same as Jim at the same times. I have tried :
4 different computers on Wired and Wireless
A Tablet
And a mobile phone
All of the above through my Hub/Router.
Yet when i used the mobile phone through GPRS it loaded the main funky page no problem.

Can you not access the forums when the connection issues happen?

I contacted BT Help and they said that it was a site specific issue, however there are still members on whilst I am having these connection issues.

In my opinion, this issue is not something that we can fix at funkys end. To me, it does seem like an ISP issue and they are just fobbing you off because their tech support doesn't know how to fix it at the other end of the phone. If you contact them again and tell that only people from that specific ISP are getting the issue and your location is within 100 miles of eachother. Also tell them that you have spoken with the Admin of the site and they have guaranteed that there are no blocks (server side) for you.. You are 100% unblocked. Also mention that no other users are getting this connection problem.
On the other hand, I could be completely wrong and I will accept that fact

With me the forum page as you call it takes ages to load maybe a minute then fails as you try and log in ....so its back to square one.
Sometimes you get logged in but click forum and fails again.
Sure i still have screen shots of what i get.

I have been in touch with BT Broadband and after spending around an hour on the phone with them, resetting the infinity router, accessing google, running cmd prompt they say there is no fault at BT as I can access Internet no problem.

I know you have tried tracert before, but since you've reset your router and everything it might be good to try it again.
in cmd run this command:
tracert funkypool.com
If this doesn't work the first time because you can't connect, try it a few more times. I noticed that you did get a reply on the second packet sent, so there is some connection there somewhere.
When posting your results, please post it like the following. Remembering to black out the first line like on the screenshot in the spoiler below:

Exactly the same for me. I'm with BT as well but I still can't access the site during the same times on my phone through 3G which is why I think it can't be anything to do with my internet!!
