I was pretty unfortunate with several splits in the 8US frames, so was disappointed to come out with only one frame there (would've been 0-4 if he hadn't missed a long one in the last). Luck started turning in 9-Ball, when I was set up with a 2-9 combo and got fortunate to leave nothing on when I missed in another frame.
8UK fortunes were really on my side, with several splits not working for him.

Sorry guys I got a really good start after he had some bad luck in 8 Ball. Then in 9 Ball he went Combo-Combo-Combo-Runout and I took the last frame with the only sniff of a chance I had. UK I had poor start made a claim for the World's worst carry. Managed to nick the last frame but overall he is just too good for me played really well after 8 Ball so not a lot else I could have done. Tried my best guys but as I say he's just too good for me.

Cracking bloke and very good and enjoyable games. Obviously disappointed to lose but there's some players you just hold your hands up and say too good. I didn't think I played too badly except at the start of UK. Not much I could have done to prevent the games I lost.

Nothing wrong with a 6-9 against dvz! If the overall fixture score wasn't 15-30, we'd take that immediately!

Pretty poor standard throughout unfortunately. I had a nightmare in 8US, playing at least one shot that can be described as awful in each frame, starting in the first frame when I underhit the last one for a wide-open 7-balling. 9-Ball went a bit better for me- we were both set up with an easy combo. 8UK was again poor- I missed a sitter of a runout and he fouled a red on his last shot to hand me the last frame.

Anything below a 12-3 would've been fine for them- I think the match suffered a bit from the knowledge that it was pretty much over already.

Nothing in the way of a miraculous comeback now though!!

Unlucky Joe, Dave is a different class.

FCL might be out of our reach now but FBL and SL are certainly up for grabs and we have a fantastic chance, especially in SL!

Still a couple weeks to go let's get some decent wins in!
