Persuading lol, I don't think so, I ask them most don't need persuading as they can see for themselves how well we are doing.

Secretive: Nothing secretive about it as I'm transparent with some of the players and especially the v/c's. One occasion I have not informed my vices about a certain player.

Dishonest: Far from it, before signing the players from BB's before I messaged their captain or vice explaining my intentions.

"destabilising the league by taking many players from smaller clans, sometimes killing clans in the process, and making funkypool worse for the majority"

Or

"Lying about not trying to sign players from top 3 teams, and pretending it's by choice that you only sign players from vulnerable, smaller teams"

OR

Only able to sign players from all other teams than those from the 3 as virtually impossible to do so. Which is understandable. Destabilising the league for signing 1 player from another team is completely and utter nonsense. IF a team cannot continue for the loss of 1 player then they really aren't a team, no foundations and definitely not enough structure to with stand any heavy pressure.

As they are the only teams where players can be recruited from then unfortunately it's not by choice but 'you have to be ruthless in business sometimes to be successful'.

People can join who they want, not destabilising anything it's giving more people the opportunity to join the league when Top Guns look to replace snoball.
Obviously players are going to come from the teams below us, just common sense.

This is a big part of why I am considering quitting clans, as far as I am aware, Ash has done nothing overly wrong. I am not brown nosing as some people may think, but Ash has made a very good clan here. If he sees a player which has the potential to join his clan, then I see that as a good thing on my teams half, that we have a player worth considering.

I know it may be detrimental to our teams progress, but we can recruit others, and keep going. 1 person does not make a team.

I remember everyone saying that Ash would not last the season, for various reason, so lets give him the respect he deserves for creating a very good team and sticking by his team when many said he would fail.

Like many people said Top Guns would crash and burn, we have succeeded in keeping a good clan together.

Why can't everyone just remind ourselves why we all play clan games, to have a laugh and play against people you may not play otherwise.

Most of the players here have never been in a clan before, especially the most recent recruits, I have to sell the 'clan world' to them and let them know it brings a new dimension to this site. All I'm sure will agree with that statement nowadays.

The thing about me is I can be criticized till the cows come home but that just increases my determination to succeed.

Criticize me, don't criticize my team.

All good and I'm delighted with the team I have here, all are down to Earth people and being very good players is an added bonus. As stated before, all I consider to be friends and not members of staff.

IF players from lower placed teams want to join a team with is doing much better than I ever thought possible in such a short space of time, then so be it. Who am i to deny them?

Only 1 criteria I ask for and that's: reliability as that improves durability.

ok guys i verry seriously doubt that krazyash_07 is poaching i think there is just a little jelousy going on here why don't you guys just let him run his clan and get on with the season instead of sitting here bashing him and if you are attacking him then why don't u bring it up to the person that actually left a team to come to his there is 2 sides to it you just can't bash him. And i wouldn't worry ash because i think they are just trying to bring you down so you fold due to alot of them where prolly some of the people that had said you weren't gonna make it far and now you have a great team and are running strong so there getting mad just brush it off m8 and keep doing the great job your doing

Thanks mate, I doubt some are jealous, maybe a little envious of some of the players here but yeah same old same old. Criticism after a while just becomes a a drone noise so I really don't pay any attention to it.

elite force actually did fold because you 'poached' their vice-captain and other top player whilst their captain was banned.
Total crap that w_hoolahan was a free agent when you went for him mate so lay off with the preaching speeches and attacking Ash eh

Wrong I'm afraid! Harry approached us initially signalling his intent to leave as their captain was banned, and the clan was not carrying on. And we recruited shadwell after this point also. Neither player was approached when Elite's was still intending to carry on. I will have both players provide you with full accounts of what actually happened to put your mind at ease!

Also, I never, ever said I would never poach players, my point is that I wouldn't poach players from small clans.

As my clan was mentioned I can confirm harry approched uprising with my blessin but faust u did poach 1 of my players 2andygorum so that's abit incorrect matey. all clans try and improve there team so asking other players to join is part of the game .
