Im leaving the clan after being made privy to a message sent to all captains trying to stop Ash captaining a clan.
How someone can have somebody running their clan for them all season then say he isn't suitable to be a captain is beyond me.
If getting on with other existing captains was a prerequisite of running a clan then shooters and elite force would never have been allowed but they were/are both successful clans.
This whole scenario stinks and as far as i'm concerned it's just sour grapes at him leaving and taking some players with him...expected more

IF some Captains have a problem with me then they are really great at keeping it quiet, I would had appreciated them to be mature enough to speak with myself directly than run to the League Runners tbh.

This whole episode is getting completely blown out of proportion. IF some captains have raised concerns then I guess Jay and Jema will have to follow their own procedures. I'm not going to lie this is very disheartening as all I wanted to do were to be given the same opportunity as all the other existing and new captains have been.

My main aim is to create a team which can compete with the others, respect each other and especially other players and Captains from the other clans. I admit I have not been the most tolerable person and for that I sincerely apologise. I just want the chance to use my experience from BM in a positive way.

I know I'm never going to please everyone, that's life but I will damn well try.

All this 'messaging malarky', is making Jema appear to be the instigator, I don't believe this as already mentioned I guess she is just following her own procedures. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at BM, working with Jema and all the players were much fun, I just want to try to lead my own team, never meant to cause any animosity between anyone...for that i'm sorry.

I am going to try and keep calm whilst I type this as I am not exactly happy...

1. I was not trying to stop Ash from doing anything, when Ash mentioned starting a clan to me and asked what I thought I told him to do what he thought was best

2. It isn't about "getting on with other captains" when I receive as many complaints as I did, then I have to look in to it. Simply asking all the captains for their opinions on someone wanting to be a captain is to ensure that I am not going to get agg all next season

3. If you think it is just sour grapes then you are sadly mistaken, I had to deal with an accusation of bullying about a week ago involving Ash and I said to the accuser that I would message all captains about Ash, this was BEFORE he started the clan.

Nice to see that you instantly make a snap judgement without knowing all the facts.

And if I wanted to stop someone captaining i would just say no, seeing as I am league runner... duhh >_<
