maybe ash if you concentrated on YOUR own teams affairs life would be a lot better for you
teams do have experienced good captains who dont need your advice maybe welcomed or not, let them do there own jobs and im sure your team will benefit from your full time attention

If you don't have a team then why are you posting on the team threads and sticking your nose in? It's not a friendly/helpful thought though, it's a blatant attempt to try and stir things....as per.

Technically Craig is right, whether or not Ash messages other captains, I don't know, but we need to stick to our own business and leave other clans to it. I think I have said before not to bother posting on other clans threads unless it is to do with a game.
No rule posts or trying to be helpful. If a captain/clan needs help then can speak to league runners. Keep your minds on this clans ONLY!

Helpful thought..give me a break.. I know exactly what you were subliminally mentioning as I keep to my previous post, you only know one half of the story and even thats prob through chinese whispers.

Whilst I know Ash's intentions are good, we do speak a lot on facebook, I am getting a lot of messages about the way he conducts himself, now I have always backed him up hence why he is still VC of this clan but things must be a little on the edge if several members are mirroring the same thing.
Ash, hun, just reign it in a little, I know you have a lot on your plate at home and I appreciate you running things whilst I am trying to balance things at home but maybe I have got lazy and allowed you to just continue without my supervision (for a lack of a better word). I need to be online more to manage this clan as I did start it, therefore I need to be responsible.
So starting today I shall try and get on more often in the evenings so we can address anything that is going on.

Clashing with other members and clans needs to STOP! This clan started off really well and for some reason we are starting to look really bad with all the tensions we somehow keep involving ourselves in.

From now on subs will ONLY be used in times of absolute need i.e. time zones, holidays and the like.
NO more tactical subs/swaps, we put in a team lists we should have faith in those players to deliver.
And I am serious, I don't want to see any subs/swaps being made within at least the first 3 days of the fixture. If a player has a legitimate reason for not being able to play then post on the thread so we can accommodate!
I have said all I need to say on clan matters!
Now anyone needing a clan pic??

No I don't, the only times I ask a few captains on here is for a bit of general advice, i respect their experience, ONLY if and when I cannot contact you Jema. I asked a friend about their life and status in their new team, which I helped to get them into after constantly asking to join ours when we were full. I said if you players not active then you are allowed to post on their thread, they said no, they dont know what to write plus Vc's looking after them, I said great (kool), they are one of the nicest ppl on here they will help you...end of

I am not always on it but when I have a 1 1/2 - 2 hour journey to work, I have enough time to beast a few levels I'm 1st out of my friends now
