Let me put it this way:

IF people do not like the way I do things then at least have the decency like 1 player has on this team and speak with me directly. This is Jema's team I know that, I'm trying my best to help her.

IF this crap continues I will leave and start my own team next season, which will be competitive as it can get. IF you fear competition then maybe my team is not for you. (Just an idea)

I want to stay at least till the end of this season then I will evaluate my own position here. I owe that much to Jema.

Was a marathon one with only 5 people entered. I had to play the first round and won that 3-0. Then the semis and went 2-0 down before going 3-2 up when Wadaa1 decided he'd had enough and left. Then got a reincarnated Sunshine in the final. Went 1-0 up before going 3-1 down, brought it back to 3-3 then went 4-3 down before going 4-4 and then in the deciding frame, she got onto the black but potted one of mine giving me two shots with 3 yellows and the black left to go and she decided to leave aswell haha.

Disappointed seeing this post appear on the forum after we spoke in pms.
Will be honest with you as a friend and I hope you take it that way but you are taking this site and clan too seriously these days mate, we're all competitive but it's just a game.
You used to be all about having a laugh and a good game win or lose but like most regulars including myself have been guilty of at some stage it has taken on too much importance to you.
The no I in team bit you posted means to me that everyone is equal (plays the same amount of games) we win as a team and lose as a team.
Beth is just as capable of getting a result against steve as me and i'm just as likely to lose 11-4 to him as she is, just depends how it goes on the day but it was her game to play I wouldn't have liked to sub into someone elses game who is active.
Furthermore there are no guarantees the game would have even got played if beth hadn't played it. I work all week and I wont be on here constantly all weekend to get 3 games played (assuming darren cant play seb in cup)

Thank you for your post ooo_u_tap_2, I will admit I am a serious/determined person recently, I'm not going to sit here and throw out excuses, the main reason is I hate failure.

Recently I have become very one-sided and harsh to some ppl on here, that were never my intention. To be constantly quizzed about EVERY decision does really get annoying after a period of time. All I want the team to know is I have their best interests in mind and yeah maybe I am way too competitive, I will try to simmer this down, I want the old Ash back and I will try from now on to rekindle old friendships (all be em online), wasnt i didnt feel we could had won by more, just utilizing all players and Beth had been offline 3 days, plus element of the unknown. Oh well what's done is done, sorry team

I think everyone needs to calm down about this whole clan business. At the end of the day it is just about having fun but then it is still a competition so of course everyone would like to win (it's human nature too) So just play your games and enjoy them. If you win - well done good job. If you lose - oh well unlucky and move onto the next game.

Plus you do not know what you are talking about, I have never told any captain what to do, so before you post anything on this thread or anyone's im fact, make sure you have 100% facts right otherwise youll just end up causing unnecessary conflict just like you have in the past.
