FCL - Default Panel

I am constantly on the look out for more panel members in the FCL league. I have a fair few anonymouse panel members right now but i am looking to gain more for the rest of this season and for next season.

My view for what its worth...

The beauty of this clan was always that it offered absolutely everybody on this site the opportunity to play clan games with no thoughts or concerns over scores achieved. Lets face it no other clan has ever done that.

It would be a shame to turn this into 'just another clan' but at the same time I can fully appreciate the desire of some to be more competitive.

Good luck whichever route is taken.

cheers m8 its a new horizon something had to be done u cant just be a feeder clan and be at bottom every year uve got to get better and hard decisions have to be made to get better scores never mattered so it gave time for players to improve and no pressure was on but if players havent improved theres got to be changes

Agree totally and they've been a great "gateway" clan. On the other hand, they have served their time, and deserve even a tiny bit of success. Surely another clan can take up their mantle? :)

defo agree with you Stu, they have served their time as the clan that gets hammered every week, cke and I got our heads together and made some changes, wouldnt the clan league be better if the clans are more even ?? instead of players expecting a 15-0 whenever they play us !!!

Yep it would be great - unfortunately the only realistic options for that would be either some sort of US sports style draft system, or more and far smaller teams thereby spreading the 'talent pool' further and there's no real will to go down either route.

I totally agree with cke and greenie on this one, I've joined this team to help it become a little more competitive rather than to see them lose heavily week in week out. I'm not saying I'm the best player nor will win all the time. I hope to assist and represent this team to the best of my ability and to help if wanted to nurture some of the players already here.

The league will benefit from having all teams competing, it may not happen straight away but in time I'm sure this teams reputation will be reversed from what it has been.

I agree with what everyone has said but i still think changing the name of the clan is not needed. With the same name people can see how much the clan has progressed through the seasons. I have all clan information from about season 15 - 16 with Underdogs and each season they progress further and further.

Their reputation to me was always they get games done no matter what the scoreline is or who against, granted they have been clacking with players but that is not the captains fault and he has done great to do what he has done.

It is CKE's clan and it is solely up to him if he changes the name or not.

changing the name isn't a priority, where as changing the team on a whole was a MUST !!! this clan is changing for the better and those you dont agree with all the hard work i have put in please keep your opinions to yourself as this doesnt concern any1 apart from the members of this clan, who might i add all agree and respect the hard work i have put in !!!

time will tell if we improve what i expect we do lets wait till next season and find out

I have no issue with any changes at all. Things change of course.

The fact remains however that players that either no longer fit in here, or are here but whose results wont fit in with the new ambitions, are not going to find a place in any other reliable clan so will probably be lost to clan life. That will be a crying shame as I can think of certain players that have been arguably THE MOST reliable at getting games played in all of clan life for many many seasons now despite their results.

dunno what u want me to say Chris, should i leave along with the signings i have made and leave this clan to finish bottom next season again, its like putting a pub team in the premier league, the clan league will be more competitive next year isnt that the point ??

No I am only pointing out that it will be a shame to lose people from the clan world (if thats what happens) when it could actually do with more. Find ways to encourage in new blood to clans and we'll all be happy.
