Hey guys, my internet was down for 36 hours i believe so still kinda rocky. I should be able to play tonight however just in case i experience problems we may need a swap as Jay will be on limited time.

He will be on at 8 pm tonight for those who are interested.

i can try on facebook but he rarely replies so i dunno if it would make a difference.

pretty high quality stuff here.. i started with a great clearance to go 1-0 up.. should of probably been 1-1 but he missed a black into middle i cleared remaining balls to win so 2-0.. he then ran the rack to make it 2-1.. took the next 2 frames to go 4-1 up and then i ran the rack to make it 5-1.. he took the the last for 5-2.. we both took the chance we had which was maybe only 1 or 2 each frame..

im hoping to improve tonight against Jay although ice cream van hasn't been yet and haven't had my dinner so hoping to have it before 8 but looking unlikely. If its done after 8 i may have to leave during the game for 20 minutes which i hope Jay doesn't mind

US: i played well but had 2 bad luck shots to lose 2 frames
9 Ball: fairly even, i escaped with final frame as Jay should have had a Golden Break + a combo later on
UK: I should have defended but i don't like that style, i made more mistakes due to attacking here

Overall i feel i should have had 1 more (due to US) but due to my mistakes in UK, Jay deserved the win.

I agree with the US thing as that foul on black was bad luck but honestly thought you seen the chance of the in off with the spin you put on it, shame as it was a nice double.

I think I caught him on a pretty good day. The 8US frames were brilliant until the 5th frame. I won the first. Then broke off in the 2nd frame and he cleared. Then he hit a runout, followed by a runout of my own. In the 5th frame, I hate a very good chance to clear, but oversaw that I still had a ball lying in the middle of the table! That gave him an easy clearance.
From then on, I caught only sit and watch to see what happened. There were about 4 or 5 occasions where he got an unplanned safety or pot. Also, I fouled twice on my breakoffs (3 or 4 times overall -_-). So in the end I was quite happy to get 2 frames out of that.

8UK I started by fouling the breakoff (remember, I've been using these breakoffs for years now...). These games were fairly tight and could've gone either way.

Overall, I've never had less control in games than here. In almost every frame he got the first go at the table and decided how the frame would go. ggs wp
