Thank you for your time in the league.
Just so everyone is aware i have far more pressing matters to deal with in personal life than to apparently ruin a clan or whatever you want to call it, this is an online game not life and death as some people have previously stated.
Sinners team and things will be removed either tonight or tomorrow when i have the chance to do so.

I do have to stick up for the husband a bit on this one, he did not have any influence over the actual default result he just locked it based on what the other 7 or 8 people predicted - he literally posts all the information given to him and leaves the panel to it.

I have no reason to avoid anything, you and your co-captain think i have been biased all along, nothing i want to do or say will change that in the slightest just like when you both had your own league and you got accused of it constantly, it is not nice.
I had no say in the defaults and i will never have a say. I don't feel the need to explain much to someone over the internet either. I'm not falling into some argument over something that no one will ever agree on plain and simple.

he told me my info was to be ignored jema
how could he tell me that, if he had no influence, his words not mine
so the question was who directed the panel to ignore the info supplied
scooby could hardly post messages
on top of this we made a sub, that had to count as effort no matter what

Am i right in saying the default went 6-5 to scooby. So 5 points for not being online, yet your player was online and got nothing?
And just by chance that default meant you lost the fixture.
i can fully understand why you are not happy.
Like i have posted previously i really am fascinated how they can get to that default score when there is clearly a rule that states the opposite.
Can league runners please offer clarification and hopefully this would be enough for sinners to reconsider and stay in the league as the posts above i hope are in anger and we should be doing everything to keep all teams in all of the leagues.
I for one would hate to see them leave as they are a great team full of great players that offer a true challenge to play.
The reason i would also like clarification as from the information provided and the rules of FCL, i would also be angry like sinners are if professionals were on the receiving end of the next default where it appears the rules have not been applied.

scooby was offline for 7 days before the fixture started and 4 days into it
he came on line one morning at 3am till 5am
the next day i subbed a player out to play him
my player was leading 5-1 regardless of any reason and he had one
scooby stayed on line 2 hours browsing 2 hours in game
never to reappear again and still not to date
_egotistical was on everyday waiting to finish
he played another FCL clan game winning 8-7
this shows the complete disregard of jay in this league banning its_me for a none related clan matter

I believe that all the information was correctly presented on the default and that is how I based my prediction - although I cannot confirm the score I gave as I will jeopardise my place on the panel - I can confirm my score was low and was not as ridiculous as 10 - 5 to scooby.
Like I said previously, the score reached was that of an average based on results from no to full points given hence the 6 to scooby which is roughly in the middle.

No clarification needed, i had no influence in any of the default decisions. If the default panel wish to contact you and clarify that i never post unless i lock the default then they can do so in offline message, they can also show you that ALL of your information was posted.
I attack any clan you are in... funny that as i un-banned you not long ago, i i never liked you then i would not have done that. Next time you want to most complete rubbish please have your facts right and maybe a quote as to where i said something that i never said.

bluenose put clearly on this thread all info i supplied was non admissable, i sent in 17 links and the usual eassay and rule 7.4 in bold and about the sub
i wouldnt push any further horse

we lost a default there i wasnt happy but it was fair

Now you are getting personal, ill have a word with clooneman about you and your despicable posts towards me, either leave this thread or i will do my best to have you removed from it.
I could care less of what you think of me or anyone i play for right now, and lets be clear here there was no cheating as the player in question never even played a game for the clan, just like that player never played a game for you clan when you had him signed knowing full well who he was (His messages proved that)
If you had shown ME the evidence of who that player was in the first place i would have banned him a lot quicker than i did, i can't ban people when i can not actually prove who it is!
This is very irritating and for someone who claims to be cleaning up this site you might want to look at yourself before accusing others.
