Just thought I'd state that I was a paying member and will not renew because of all the various problems on the site!

Agreed. How can you complain when it's a free site is a bad excuse for something that should of been resolved by now!

everyone on the site just booted off, when i eventually got back to the homepage it stated that there where 0 people online,

the site used to be restarted on a regular basis now it seems no one cares any longer, or re phrase keep users informed
for many it may be free, but for some it isnt

customer service is free and costs nothing to keep users informed

instead of spinners M1 theory

if it was the odd users great, but zero people online says somthing else

thoughts from admin please on how i reduce this before i pay my next tenner

ive started avoiding playing in tournaments now incase it decides to boot everyone again

i tried to screen shot the 0 players online, but missed it as it jumped to 3 people online

as it says I was in that straight tournament!

What made me angry was the fact I was on 28 run, and got very easy rack ahead, could have hit highest run, and very likely won the game...

For a site with the amount of members it has, it deserves a much more dedicated server, it will help it grow.

100% uptime is necessary for such a great game to get noticed!

nice work nick, i am a fair man matty as you know, i tend to apologise when i am in the wrong or i aim to set things right, so i apologise.

can't blame people for way of thinking though as it seemed admin wasn't around (e.g. posting about several ideas posted in last few months) when in actual fact they was but didn't post.

also thanks for reassuration nick, to know that they shouldn't be any further downtime may encourage people to buy premium but not a mind reader here

Why is everyone moaning. This is a free site and no matter how good the servers etc . there will always be problems from time to time.

I think the biggest problem is not that the server crashes sometimes, but that most of the time there is little or no response or acknowledgement that this is happening. The only admin that usually responds keeps telling us that the problem lies on our side due to the nature of the internet. Nick's post shows that we're not all just idiots.
I think a simple "we're aware of the problem and are working on it" would satisfy most people most of the time.

people will always have something to moan about mate, if you ever been in a pool clan you will know

true, i expect problems from time to time, i didn't mind that server went down as i hardly log into the game (except few friendlies and clan games), but people moaned as it didn't happen once but several times in space of a week.

I agree though people could be thankful that site wasn't down for hours during the day like last year but if downtime happens frequently then people are bound to be frustrated

My bad never realised it had happened a few times within a week totally understand the frustration. i ve never been in a clan or clan game so i cannot comment on that, however it has happened to me a few times in tourny ( few months back). and once in final. was gutted just had to ride it

I certainly won't apologize for what i have said the past few weeks on this issue, as i think we could have been told what was being done sooner but regardless of that it is done now and thank you.

Next time theres server problems and you've got nothing else to do, don't get upset...try this other pool website..

Never any server problems, It's free and you never get any problems with lag, you can't go wrong it's absolutely fantastic!!
